What To Expect

The game drive is done in an open 4x4 safari vehicle with a certified safari guide. It offers a thrilling experience to have close encounters with 3 of the Big 5 animals namely elephant; buffalo and the near threatened white rhino with excellent photographic opportunities while safely in the vehicle. The park also has a wide variety of antelope species like the ever alert impala, duiker, puku, sable-antelope and a lot more. Best time to go on a game drive is early morning before it warms up and late afternoon just when it starts to cool down. Morning pick up times start from 06:00am to 08:00am with afternoon pick ups from 2:00pm to 3:00pm. The drive is wrapped up in style on the scenic banks of the Zambezi river while viewing hippos or listening to their groans and loud wheezing sounds.
