3.00The trip stated badly, we were not picked up at the time we were supposed to. We phoned the company several times, they claimed they knew nothing about our booking. We were finally picked an hour and fifteen minutes late, consider the trip was supposed to be three hours long, we ended up with a rushed trip of half the time it was supposed to be. We were not happy to say the least.
