Dulce,a friendly, informative and overall excellent guide took us to 3 great family owned wineries in the Saint Emillion area. Our small group of 6 enjoyed a wonderful day being educated on wine production and tasting the merlot that the region is famous for.We had plenty of time to have lunch and wander around the picturesque town of Saint Emillion. We enjoyed one of the many recommendations Dulce gave-Le Comptior du passage.Recommend.

A great day tour of St Emilion and Pommerol vineyards. Expertly delivered by Helene to a group of 8 of us (three separate groups from different countries meeting for the first time) which ‘jelled’ very quickly . No rushed, good explanations and excellent wines. Highly recommended

I recently joined a Saint-Émilion Wine Discovery tour departing from the tourism office in Bordeaux, and it was a thoroughly enjoyable and well-structured experience from start to finish. The itinerary was thoughtfully organized. After departure, we arrived about an hour later at our first stop, La Maison Cardinale, followed by a visit to Château Bellevue. Both offered distinct perspectives on winemaking in the region. We then had free time to explore the charming village of Saint-Émilion and have lunch at our own pace, which was a perfect break in the day. The final tasting at Château Ferrand was a highlight and a memorable way to conclude the tour. A major factor in the success of the experience was our guide, Rodolphe. Disclosing that he was from the region, he brought a depth of knowledge that added real substance to the tour. He provided meaningful historical and cultural context—not just about the wines, but about the Bordeaux region as a whole—and offered clear guidance on how to approach wine tasting from a French perspective. What stood out most was his professionalism and ability to read the group. He knew when to provide deeper insight and when to step back, allowing us to fully enjoy each stop. This balance made the experience feel both informative and relaxed. From a physical standpoint, the tour was very manageable. Aside from light walking in the village, it was not strenuous, making it accessible while still allowing for exploration. By the end of the day, we were naturally a bit tired, but it was the kind of satisfying fatigue that comes from a well-spent day. Overall, this was a thoughtfully curated, engaging, and highly enjoyable introduction to Saint-Émilion wines. Overall Impression: Well-organized, informative, and professionally guided Highlight: Knowledgeable local guide and excellent winery selection Recommendation: Highly recommended for those seeking a balanced and insightful Bordeaux wine experience

We loved our tour and had a great, varied experience with a few different chateaus. For someone coming into the Bordeaux wine world for the first time it was hugely educational and a great way to learn about the wine. Highly recommend
