Come celebrate Disney's blockbuster, Hocus Pocus! Starring Better Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy, Hocus Pocus has become one of the most beloved movies. The majority of the movie was filmed in Salem in 1993. We will take you to 5 of the locations used in the filming.
Along the way, you will also hear about the Salem Witch Trials, the maritime history, how we became the "Witch City", and more!
*There is a considerable amount of walking (~3 miles) at a very fast pace. This walk can be very strenuous and is not recommended for those with the following:
back, knee, or hip problems, respiratory, circulatory, cardiac issues or recent surgeries.
Pioneer Village is a $5 optional fee (Seasonal only)
****The tour ends in a different location than the start - please plan accordingly. Transportation will not be provided by WCWT.

Our Tours run rain or shine, we do not cancel for weather. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress accordingly..
There is uneven terrain and parts are NOT wheelchair/scooter/stroller accessible. Please be prepared.

There are no public restrooms on the tour route. Please plan accordingly.
Pioneer Village is not open on weekdays . So if you choose to book this tour on a weekday you will not gain entrance. Pioneer Village also closes during inclement weather due to muddy conditions..
We cannot be held responsible if Pioneer Village is closed without notice.
Pioneer Village (optional with $5 fee) is normally open June through October. Weekends only.

5.00My adult daughter and I ,who are big Hocus Pocus Fans Did the Movie Location Tour in Salem .It was one of the best Salem Tours I have ever taken .We have been to Salem several times in the past but during peak season and the tickets for this tour always sold out. Visiting in May during half way to Halloween celebration was perfect . Less crowds , Our guide Rebecca was awesome she’s is a true Hocus Pocus expert .she gave so much detail in to sites we visited and gave such fascinating stories about the actors , making of movie. Little details you never noticed . She had trivia questions and if you answered correctly you received a piece of Halloween Candy at the end of tour we all received little “ Hocus Pocus “ gift bags . Yes the walking length of the tour is long. So definitely wear good sneakers .. But that really was the last leg of the tour to the house that “ Dani and Max” lived. Most locations were in about town and as I said it was off season so not walking among crowds of people able to take pictures with out other people standing taking their pictures. If you are a Hocus Pocus Fan. This tour is for you ! would highly recommend. And if Rebecca turns out to be your guide … you have gotten the best! “ It’s All Just A Bunch Of Hocus Pocus 🎃🎃🧙🏻♀️🧙🏻♀️🧙🏻♀️

5.00Our tour guide was excellent. He kept us uptodate before hand and gave clear directions where to meet. If you love Hocus Pocus, this is the tour you need to do. Im so glad i booked this as it would be difficult to find all the locations by yourself. You do get your steps in, but i would recommend booking this tour as you find out extra information regarding the film and other aspects about Salem that you wouldnt find out otherwise.

5.00We had such a wonderful time doing the Hocus Pocus tour. Our tour guide was super knowledgeable about the movie as well as Salem history. It was an active tour and we walked 2 plus miles but didn’t really notice because it was fun and entertaining.

5.00What a fun tour. If you love Hocus pocus like I do. You will have so much fun. We traveled Halloween week to Salem and did so much in 3 days and had a lot of fun. Our tour guide was Hilary with ( 1 L) LOL. She was fantastic. She was so knowledgeable and so fun. She also had so many stories that made the film come to life. We had the best time with Hilary. So book a tour now you won't regret it. We will definitely be back to Salem in the summertime. It's a beautiful place 😊

5.00Michael was our guide and he did a really good job of imparting alot of hocus pocus facts and lore throughout the tour. Really neat to see all the filming locations that were used in Salem! He also took pictures of any groups that wanted one so that noone in the party was missing from the family pictures. It is a long walk but he gave us several breaks and an opportunity to get water/snacks. We used witch city taxi to get back to derby Street which was only 7usd from the pioneer village. Where good walking shoes and brush up on your hocus pocus knowledge before going and prepare to see some amazing locations in Salem!
