5.00Good price. Great service. They patiently waited while we got our tickets changed at the ticket office. At the exit gate, the driver was waiting for us with a sign saying my name which made it clear. You may not hear from them on WhatsApp before but we were told by viator staff that they will be show up and that’s what happened.

5.00Great experience! I felt very bad for the driver, as we didn't have access to internet (having just landed with a foreign SIM card) so it took a while for us to find him. He patiently waited for us and made sure we got into our hotel safely and comfortably.

4.00The staff at the airport named Farouk was very helpful when we didn’t find our baby stroller, waited at the airport while he communicate with the airlines. Informed us that once they found the stroller or received a call from abu dhabi airport where we depart, he will deliver it to out hotel but gladly before we left airport while waiting for the taxi to arrived, he found our stroller!
