My day trip to Samarkand was truly unforgettable, thanks to the amazing team at GOTOUZBEKISTAN. From start to finish, everything was smooth and thoughtfully organized. The experience began in Tashkent, where Izzatullo, the coordinator, ensured I had a seamless pick-up from my hotel and drop-off at the train station. Every detail was taken care of, which made the journey stress-free and comfortable. In Samarkand, I was warmly welcomed by my guide Mokhigul and her wonderful son Arif. Mokhigul was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly passionate about her city’s history and culture. She brought Samarkand’s iconic landmarks to life with her stories, and even added personal touches that made the tour feel more like spending the day with a local friend than a traditional guided experience. Arif’s cheerful presence made the day even more enjoyable, he helped me get the most picturesque spots in town. They also made me enjoy Samsa and Manti for lunch which was incredible. If you're planning to explore Samarkand, I highly recommend booking with GOTOUZBEKISTAN. This team goes above and beyond to deliver a meaningful, hassle-free, and memorable experience.

I was a little stressed because the return to Tashkent train tickets were not issued until 90 minutes before departure.

If you don’t want to be stranded and then miss two first class trains and end up on a four hour train back to Tashkent then don’t take this tour. Total shambles … The only good thing about it was the driver at the beginning and end of tour. This company is a disgrace
