10:00 AM - Arrive in Agra & Visit Taj Mahal The Taj Mahal was commissioned by Shah Jahan in 1631, to be built in the memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal, a Persian princess who died on 17 June thaht year giving birth to their 14th child, Gauhara Begum.[6][7] Construction started in 1632,[8] and the mausoleum was completed in 1643, while the surrounding buildings and garden were finished five years later.[9] The imperial court documenting Shah Jahan's grief after the death of Mumtaz Mahal illustrates the love story held as the inspiration for the Taj Mahal.

5.00Great experience! Pankaj and Faizan, my driver and guide, were amazing! As a female solo traveler, I felt super safe at all times, the transportation was really safe, the pick up and end point at the hotel worked great! The guide was amazing there, really useful the line priority to save time, took great pictures and shared amazing stories. The food was really great too! Would highly recommend

4.00Ashok and Vishnu the driver were great. Vishnu picked us up right on time and have to say, he was the safest driver we had this whole trip. Ashok met us later and did an amazing job with the Taj Mahal Tour. He was very informative and took amazing pictures. The lunch place he took us to was average, just had basic eggs and toast so nothing too special. The textile and jewelry place was neat to see, of course they wanted you to buy but if you are comfortable saying no thank you it was fine. Overall great experience.
