Very nice boat personal. Our waiter was excellent Jacki. There were 16 in my group and each enjoyed our meals.

Holiday Parade of Lights Dinner Cruise. It was amazing being on the water to experience the Holiday Boat Parade of Lights. However, due to our experience we will never do it again. We could have paid a fraction of the cost for a spectator cruise and saved ourselves from paying 500 for terrible food. Server was sweet & attentive despite being assigned 3 tables of 12 plus several tables of 4 including us. Staff were running & scrambling entire duration of cruise. Being greeted with a glass of champagne was great. Sweet but odd, they handed our 5 or old son a full size wine glass filled with sparkling apple juice. Menus were ordered in advance with cruise ticket purchase ($500 for 2 adults & 1 child with child menu). Charcuterie & son's fried chicken fingers were great. Everything else was absolutely terrible - embarrassingly so. The surf and turf was some sort of undetectable fatty overdone roasted meat maybe chuck roast- not filet steak as described when purchasing tickets & meal. It was served with 3 awful mealy shrimp that were room temperature (obviously supposed to be cold). I ate one and spit it out. Cocktails were awful. Red wine (pinot noir) was bad & past it's prime. For $500, the dining experience was awful. They also lost access to water resulting in closure of all but 1 bathroom stall for men and women resulting in impossible lines to use 1 bathroom stall which was completely full of TP & waste that our 5 yr old son had to use.

Well, I will start with the booking. I booked a month and a half in advance for the San Diego boat parade. The agent was very helpful and pleasant. On the day of the cruise, we were pretty excited and got there early to pick up our tickets which went well. Once we got to our table, it was right next to an emergency fire hose and at the very bottom level of the ship. It was not decorated festively, and we kind of felt like we were in second class. Our waiter Alex was very thorough and helpful. I paid extra for a corkage fee because I knew that the wine would probably not be great. Extremely happy I did this so if you are considering it, definitely bring a nice bottle of wine or champagne to enhance your trip. The food, the food was not great. It came out cold, and I barely ate the surf and turf that we ordered. Although, the dessert was fair. We left our table as soon as we could with our bottle of wine and sat on the upper deck to watch the lights of the city of San Diego downtown and the boats passing by, which was very nice as it was a beautiful evening outside. Calm sea’s and a beautiful view. Here is where it gets really bad. With over 300 passengers on board… This is just an estimate. About 45 minutes before the cruise was supposed to end. All three of the women’s toilets were backed up, filled to the rim with waste. Now, when I say this ship was filled with many people over the age of 70 that were in dire need of the toilet it was not a pretty sight. At this point, the crew was very apologetic. There’s nothing they could do about it, but with so many crew on board they really should’ve had somebody looking after the toilets. I am a local and I would not recommend this company to any of my guests visiting. We made the best of it, because that’s the kind of people we are and had a decent evening despite all of the mishaps. I can think of many other ways to spend $400 in 3 hours for date night and it won’t be on a Flagship Cruise.

It was a wonderful experience. We were there to celebrate 20 years of marriage, and we had a great time. The dinner was nice, the attention was excellent, Mr. Sergio (the waiter) was always nice and very helpful. The service was quick, and he was a very nice person. The trip was 2.5 hours, and we didn't feel the time passing. Everything was SO NICE!!!

The cruise was excellent dinner very good. Now the DJ and her music were straight out of Compton. Even when asked to play something slow so us old folks could dance . It was the same beat for an hour of songs boom boom boom.

We did the dinner Harbor cruise. The boat was lovely, the service was ok. Appetizers started coming out the moment we sat down. Lovely champagne on arrival. Meal was average for the cost. We enjoyed the event but for the cost, would have preferred to put that money into a fancier foodie dinner.

I thought it was great, there is something to see the entire trip and having the luxury of leaving your stuff at your table to go outside and enjoy the views is a bonus.
