  First of all want thank you for the easy process in booking this from the Flag ship cruise staff at the office to the ship staff coordination on getting on board.... I pay much attention to service I am experienced in industry of service one in specific the restaurant industry for quite sometime.... and I just want to point a few things out that may better help execute the experience as there is always room for improvement..please take my review as constructive I mean no harm to any business... I understand how preparation works enough to excuse parts of my experience but I want bring some things to attention... Desirea was our server and one thing I noticed is that she was doing her best to give us attention while attending her other tables..she did apologize to my wife and I for the delay in attention which I really appreciate.. I understood her position however I have noticed her assistant "Rhett" was not present in having a sense of urgency with the service... I often saw him walking around appearing to look busy but was not...at this point I decided to observe him .. Rhett did not introduce himself not once or even acknowledged my table at all... so I was a bit confused that he was serving bread to some other tables in my section and in other sections but completely ignored our table....and when you are dealing with guests that maybe hungry 5 mins is a long time to wait for bread ....unfortunately my wife and I waited about 15-20 mins for bread to be served at our table during that time I have observed other tables being served with the second serving of bread..so it was very upsetting..I felt more sympathy for Desirea as I saw her time to time with a stack of plates in her hand and "Rhett" nowhere in sight to help her... Desirea did very well and acknowledged her on that... On the other hand I was also observing a server named "Kiyaaaaaani" sorry if i spelled that wrong however he was the server in the section next to us and at one point that evening he happen to be on the top section of the cruise attending guests from one of his tables..and I caught his attention pulled him aside and let him know how impressed I was with the service he gave to his section..he was on point his sense of urgency was alive and the way he delivered service was top.... even though he was not my server I did enjoy watching him work...He is a great example of the standard of service I would expect on a dinner cruise..although I am not taking away from my server "Desirea" dinner would have been a lot more smoother with the proper help from "Rhett"... Also the DJ "MIMI" was great very lively energetic and very easy to talk to she went table to table asking about celebration, special occasions...she was great! I appreciate her Other than that Dinner quality was good the cruise was great I enjoyed the very top part of the cruise passing under the bridge and the cool night great views!...very satisfying...I would do it again In my earlier comments I would really like to extend my gratitude to the rest of the crew of servers and assistants when the main course came out they were all on top their game I saw plates landing left and right with precision....one of the entertaining scenes I saw was when Rhett was given two entrees to deliver to a table and had to give them back to the person that handed it to him...he looked confused I guess he couldn't figure it out...I hate to pick on him but with the proper training there is hope for Rhett he just needs to focus and execute properly.... Overall the cruise was blast....I will do it again Thank you! 8.5 out of 10

  The food was very good. They accommodated for my dietary restrictions, service was good. We enjoyed the music and the scenery from the top deck. The water and ride was smooth.

  We did this dinner cruise 8 years ago and we enjoyed it again this year just as much. We traveled together with friends and had a very enjoyable evening.
