The boat tour is a great way to relax and see the Alcatraz and the bridge up close and in a short amount of time. I was able to book quickly online but they also sell tickets at the dock and it was well worth it. It was easy to find, the location is well marked with a large ship statue and organized entry.

Despite the weather, it was still great to experience the Golden Gate cruise — and it wasn’t too crowded either.

I have not taken this boat tour before but I liked it more than others. it has much better narratory very engaging. it comes very close to Alkatraz and slowly pass through with really good story. it didn't feel rushed or commercial as others to me

We had arrived in San Francisco after 18 hours of travelling and decided to walk down to Fisherman’s Wharf after checking in to our hotel to try and stay awake. We were walking past Red & White Fleet and they mentioned there last 60 min cruise of the day was about to leave so in the spur of the moment we decided to jump on, so glad we did. Friendly staff, and a great introduction to the bay with the audio commentary. We got uninterrupted views of both the golden gate and Bay bridges and an external peak at Alcatraz alongside great views of the Bay Area and city landscapes. Bonus points for a couple of whale sightings & some dolphins which made it extra special. Well stocked bar, we had a great time!

The boats are clean; staff is friendly & responsive. Boats have bars for drinks & beverage service. We went on 2 cruises in last several weeks. We enjoyed the 2 hour @ 5:45 more than the 1 hour @ 4:45, because the sunset and night lights scenery was amazing!! Either way, great pictures of SF city, Golden Gate, Alcatraz, Port of SF et all! Both were fun, beautiful, with great staff!!

A great experience. Arrived a few minutes late but they were still boarding. Lots of room on the middle deck outside.
