  WOWEEEE! Muir Woods is absolutely amazing. The city part of the tour was very cool, too. A bit disappointed that we didn’t get time in Sausalito. The Bridge stop is neat. But Muir makes this tour worth it!

  I was so excited to find a tour that included the 3 things I wanted to do most in and around San Francisco!! The parts of the tour that were included were a great experience. However, after the very informative tour of San Francisco and the trip to Muir Woods (both great!), we went through Sausalito but did not stop at all. The description of the tour clearly included a stop in Sausalito with time to explore or grab a bite to eat. After someone complained we were told that the Sausalito stop was recently removed from the tour. That was never communicated to any of the participants before or during the tour...only when asked. We were immediately driven to the drop off for the Alcatraz tour with only about 10 minutes left to eat before we had to get in line for the ferry (with very little guidance on how to get to the ferry as well). Multiple people on the tour expressed frustrations and I definitely do not feel like I got what I paid for. Because we were visiting from the other side of the country, it is doubtful that we will get back anytime soon, so there is little chance we will get to experience Sausalito at all now. Not to mention we were 'hangry' at Alcatraz, so couldn't enjoy it completely. What started out as a great tour ended up extremely disappointing.

  Our tour with Jeffrey was amazing! We learned so much about San Francisco. The guided tour made it so easy to see so much in & around town in a short time. The Golden Gate Bridge & Muir Woods was such a highlight. We also loved China Town & Italy. Definitely worth your time & money to tour with Dylan Tours!

  This tour was not anywhere near worth the money. We were supposed to have 1.5 hrs at Murr woods, we were allotted barely an hour. We were supposed to be able to stop in Sausalito for lunch. We didn't get to do that at all. We got back with 20 mins to eat and get in line for the ferry to Alcatraz so we were super rushed. The tour guide was also in a big hurry from the minute we started. He also yelled and honked at cars on 3 seperate occasions. The stops were all rushed. And the tour was mostly the tour guide talking about music recorded in San Fran. Don't recommend for the price.

  We booked the San Fran, Muir Woods, Sausalito and added Alcatraz tour. Tour itself was great. Our tour guide was very informative and witty. The drive through the city was great. Learned a lot. Beautiful views along the way. The Golden Gate visit was beautiful as well, but you only get 15 minutes there. Makes it tough. We ended up going back the next day to spend more time. Muir Woods is beautiful. We had 90 minutes there. Felt a tad rushed at the end to get back from our walk and grab a quick bite in time, but I do feel as though 90 minutes is sufficient. Sausalito was a bit of a disapointment, because I was under the impression there would be a stop and walk thru there. Was looking forward to that. The only way to stop there was if you had not added Alcatraz. We added Alcatraz so no stop for us. However, the Alcatraz visit was awesome. Very interesting and great views as well. Definitely recommend adding. However, the tour was supposed to start at 8 am. We got a text message the day before that the meeting spot and time had changed. Tour started at 9 instead. I am wondering if that is why our stop in Sausalito got cancelled. So, we ended up with one less hour on the tour, and no Sausalito stop but still had to pay full price. I felt I deserved some of my money back since I did not get all I thought I was getting when I booked. All in all, I would recommend the tour. You do get to see a lot in a shorter amount of time. If you are wanting to spend more time in spots, you will need to go back however. Just be aware of that when you book.

  Tour guide asked too many personal questions. Tickets to the Alcatraz tour were not received from the tour company causing delays.
