What To Expect
We will begin with a safety briefing by the beach and a training on the shallow part of the beach. Once the child gains confidence, we can explore the area to see juvenile fish in the shallow area of the bay. Depending on the children’s level of confidence and skills, it is decided whether to head to the deeper areas of the bay and explore other wild marine animals around, such as adult fish and the magnificent green sea turtles. Families with children from 8 to 14 years old. It is required that there is at least one guardian per every 4 kids in the experience. *Note: This is not a boat activity. We start the adventure from the shore.

5.00Samuel (Water Guide) and Cindy (Land Guide) were great and very nice to us all. The tour was good and we had fun, but I think having a smaller group would be better. When you have such a large group more then 6 (like my group 11 people) for one guide it makes it hard to successfully look underwater where he (Samuel) indicates to be when there is so many people trying to get to look at the same time. Dealing with the waves, straglers, and others in the water one misses the opportunity to see. If they can do smaller groups it will make a difference for the customers enjoyment. Thank you both.

5.00The most amazing experience he’s it is a work out but so worth it. My son can’t swim he was given a floating device to hold on to which still allowed me to keep him close but also experience everything my family had an amazing time

3.00It was challenging to find the location of the tour guides. Most people who signed up for the tour said the same thing upon arrival “sorry I’m late! We got lost… we couldn’t find it..” etc. I suggest improved descriptions of where the location is to reduce that frustration point for participants. The tour itself was good. We did get to see a sea turtle which was fun. However, we had brought our own snorkeling gear and had snorkeled in those same waters just the day before (without a guide), so we saw a lot of the same things. My expectations were that we would be snorkeling in a more exclusive space, hence the reason for paying for the experience. I will say, the guide we had was great. Andrew was patient, kept us safe, explained to us about different species, and even found some unique creatures in the water for us to hold. The photos were also fun to have.
Professional and Safe, but a Swimming-Intensive Tour

3.00I wouldn’t personally do this specific tour again. I’ve done snorkeling tours in the past where a boat takes you out to the snorkeling spot, so there’s less swimming against the tides. In this tour, we swam from the beach to the snorkeling area and back, which was much more swimming than I expected. The tides made it more tiring for me. Because it was a more swimming-intensive experience, participants weren’t all at the same skill level, so our guide had to assist them more. This meant she wasn’t able to take as many photos and videos as she might have if everyone had been more experienced in the water. While it wasn’t the perfect fit for me, I appreciated her professionalism and care.

5.00I had an amazing experience!! Andrew was phenomenal! My son is on the spectrum and was afraid to try something so different. Not only did Andrew reassure him everything was going to be ok, he stood close by the entire time making sure he felt comfortable. The experience itself was surreal, seeing marine life so close was beautiful. 100/10!!! Thank you for such a memorable experience!!
