She takes pride in the business and made sure my family and I had a great experience. We had the best time night snorkeling and will absolutely do this again when we are in the area vacationing again!

5.00I have always wanted to try this and so glad that I did! The staff was amazing! Very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable in the water. We saw so many fish, turtles, etc. The experience from start to finish was a 10/10. I highly recommend!

1.00I booked this experience a couple of days ago and was truly looking forward to it. They texted me and emailed me, so great with pre-event communication. Day of, I took an uber to the park meeting point at the time they indicated. As I was arriving, they called to cancel. Due to weather. The wind was high/waves hadn’t changed alm day (I was at the beach just before). When I mentioned that they could have let me know before I spent $$ on uber or made alternative plans, they put up an argument. Sure, they refunded me… but it doesn’t change the fact that they didn’t give me advance notice, I’m out $$ for uber and lost time. And put a bad spin on what was a great vacation. I hate poor communication. And o hate even more when they argue. Not a single apology. If they had called when “Sarah” finished her previous tour, I could have stayed at the pool and enjoyed my friends. Who are now at dinner without me….because I was going on this adventure. Make back up plans or pick a different company. This one has poor communication skills on Friday nights.
