We explore a protected free-range marine sanctuary where our sea life calls home. On our swim we will encounter wild sea life through out our area.
Please note: We will be passively interacting with our ocean friends, which means NO petting, NO touching, NO feeding of the wildlife at anytime.
After the tour we will gift a taste of island rum to our guests as an end of day gift along with a Free Video capturing the wildlife of the day; note every guest may not be highlighted in the video

What To Expect

Please keep in mind, the animals are wild, every species may not be present on every tour. We get everyone fitted with their equipment. Once everyone is ready, we will swim out ( no boat ) to visit our favorite sea life on the days route. This tour does require a fair amount of swimming and the ocean current varies so, only those who are physically fit should book for the greater benefit. We are looking for fun and adventurous people who would like to enter the water together and adventure! I am a seasoned pro at tracking down the local wildlife and have assembled an amazing team to assist me in water! In fact, we promise that youll see Sea Turtles, Starfish and More!If the manatees dont show up that day; you are invited again FREE! After the tour; FREE RUM, FREE VIDEO!

2.00You would be much better off brining your own snorkeling gear or buying some locally and doing it yourself. The fins are hard plastic and bent so they hurt and require a stupid amount of work to get anywhere. We saw three small turtles that blended in with the brown sea grass and a starfish. No manatees to be found. Your free video of the experience is a subscription to their you tube channel. Your free rum is waterfall drinking from a community bottle. This was a birthday excursion for my 12 year old son who was so excited to see manatees - total let down.

5.00Short swim right in the bay. The mask & snorkle were surprisingly nice. The water was murky so the turtle & fish viewing wasn't ideal but the manatees hang out in that bay so the guide found them easily.

5.00Bring your ENTHUSIASM! Tour guide and lifeguard were both VERY professional, and despite choppy, murky water, they spotted manatees within minutes of the tour beginning. There had been a rip-tide advisory on the coast outside the lagoon all week, so I was worried the visibility would be too low to see any animals. Despite the murkiness, we saw over a dozen varieties of fish, including Remora, Surgeonfish, Sergent Major, Agujon, and Pufferfish, as well as multiple manatee sightings (Including a shy and blurry baby!!!) The guide mentioned the floaty potatoes pick up on positive energy and I totally felt it! One mischieviously lifted up the tour guide right out of the water just like he mentioned at the start, and the guide demonstrated proper freeze-response for an animal-led interaction prioritizing the safety and health of our sea-friends. Then after she playfully pushed him around, she came right up to face-to-face with me! I only wish the guide had caught the beautiful moment on camera, but it will live forever in my memories! This was an INCREDIBLE experience that I'll treasure forever, and when we weren't able to find any turtles afterward, the guides were very accommodating with scheduling a follow-up tour in the days following. Basic searches suggest that Turtles are most active foragers during the morning and evening, so I recommend the 10AM or 4PM tours, but the sea cows are active all day and there are plenty of fish taking shelter in the beautiful stone structures that have been laid across the sandy floor to encourage nesting.

1.00I went with my girlfriend and brother and saw no manatees and no turtles. Worse, they didn’t have flippers that fit and we got no rum. Not worth $250.

1.00We were supposed to go on this excursion tomorrow. However Luis canceled our booking. I reached out asking for clarification on parking and where to find the tent as it is our first time in Puerto Rico. Luis snapped at me, said I could find it on the booking, and canceled our excursion. All it says in the booking is “Playita del Condado”.

1.00You snorkel at a public beach / lagoon water area, not a corral reef. Purchase a mask, snorkel, and fins from a local store and then go to any beach instead of this tour.
