Water was cloudy so hard to see fish, which is common for this time of year. Guides were excellent and helped point out fish and turtles. Very safe shallow bay protected from waves and strong current so great for kids and beginners. You wade in from shore, but no strong waves to knock you over so that was not a problem. Equipment was excellent, looked new and my mask fit perfectly and didn’t fog. Highly recommend, would have given it 5 stars except we didn’t see many fish.

The company was professional and arrived on time, and the staff was friendly and well organized. However, the snorkeling experience itself was disappointing. We did not see any turtles at all—only about three fish during the entire time. There were around 15 people in the group, which made it very crowded and difficult to swim comfortably. Overall, the service was good, but the experience did not meet our expectations due to the lack of wildlife and the large group size.

Anthony was the best tour guide ever. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about what he was showing us. We saw so many cool things and even swam with turtles and saw old ship wreckages.

My daughter and I went scuba diving for the first time with scuba dog. Michael was our tour guide and he was very informative and a great instructor. We enjoyed our time in the water, saw lots of fish, and even saw five turtles. Highly recommend!

This was a neat experience. Unfortunately it was quite wavy that day and we weren’t able to see as much with all the silt in the water, but we did see fish, a turtle, and other cool things. The staff was great and helpful. There was a bit of a mix up and they thought we (a party of 5) were part of a much bigger party so we were waiting around for about a half-hour… just waiting… until someone realized their mistake. The guy came over, apologized profusely, and we got to spend some extra time in the water. Overall, a good experience.

Very convent and no boat travel. It was about 10 minutes from our hotel. Our guide Hiram was energetic and informative and worked with our needs and requests. It was very windy this day so visibility wasn’t the best but we did see some cool fish and a couple turtles.

This snorkel tour was arranged from Celebrity Cruise line. You board a bus which takes you to an area just outside the marine park. You walk about a block to the marine park which had a small building where you receive your snorkel, mask, life preserver and a set of fins and are given directions about what to expect. They have a set of lockers to put everything you have on you that will not be going with you in the water inside. Our guide gave a talk about the possible fish and turtles we might see and showed us pictures. Then they broke the group up into smaller sub groups of about 8 with each group having a guide. The marine cove is shaped sorta like a horseshoe. Your group walks over to the left side of the beach and proceeds into the water and the guide helps you look for turtles and fish. You snorkel around the cove and end up on the right side of the cove. I am severely hearing impaired and have never used fins before in my life. The guide in my group went above and beyond to try and get me comfortable in the water taking time away from the group. He guided me to the area of coral reef and I actually got to see some fish. After about 10 minutes I told him to go work with the rest of the group and I made my way back to the shore and to the meeting place. My husband said the guide made sure the group stayed together and told them when there were fish and turtles to see etc. The groups were in the water about 45 minutes and all seemed to have a great time. Scuba dogs went above and beyond for me and I did appreciate it. If you want to snorkel make sure you are comfortable in fins.
