Was very excited for this tour, based on the reviews. As experienced snorkelers and swimmers, we thought it would be great to have a tour guide with a small group to learn more about the area and animals we could find. We also needed a tour that would accommodate people ages 12 to 80 and did not want to go on a "Party Boat". We chose an early morning tour (10 am), as recommended by the website. Not sure why this happened, but we ended up being a group of about 25 to 30 people! We had signed up for a "small group of 10 or less people". We were such a large group that we had to wait for the 9:00 am group to get out of the water so that everyone could have equipment. I was unable to enjoy myself at all as I was worried about safety of others (there were clearly many folks who were not strong swimmers and many children being separated from their parents). People were swimming into each other, kicking each other by accident (not understanding how the current works) and loosing track of their partners - I spent a lot of time asking folks if they were OK and helping them find their partners. I saw about 8 fish and 1 small turtle for less than 10 seconds. I removed myself from watching the turtle, as having such a large group people were again pushing around in the water trying to get to the turtle and it didn't seem safe for either the turtle or the people. Such a large group is too disruptive to their environment. We do not know how knowledgeable the guides were about the sea life, as one guide was completely focused on safety and had to help multiple people and the other was focused on "capturing video". Video - we had to wait over an hour after the experience to receive the video of our tour. It did show fish and the one small turtle. He captured it twice. The guides were not able to transfer from the GoPro to an iPhone and in the end had to use WhatsUp from personal accounts and it was received later that evening. In the end, the 1.5 hours snorkeling tour took about 3 hours. We arrived on time as requested (15 to 20 minutes early). We were there from about 9:40 to after 12:30. The Tour Company overbooked and was not set up for sharing the photos. We did overhear the 9am tour guide talking to his small group of 10 about the wildlife, what they had seen and their habitat. Because our group was so large, our tour guides were overly burdened with not having enough equipment and having to focus solely on safety and capturing video.

We loved our snorkelling experience , Alex was a calm and knowledgeable guide. He was brilliant with the children and made sure everyone was happy and safe. A great quick experience perfect for families in a safe and beautiful location. My husband and smaller child were able to paddle and watch from the shore of the beach where we were snorkelling.

We had a great experience snorkeling! Alex and Andrew were very knowledgeable about the habitat and where to find the sea creatures that lived there. They gave great guidance on how to be respectful and keep the creatures safe. We saw a bunch of different things, including spending a good amount of time observing a big green turtle named Bubbles. And we came away with video and pictures of our family, and of the creatures we saw, to help preserve the memories. Highly recommend!

We gather by the Normandie hotel and the parking lot at edge of Escambron park. The tour guides split us up into groups of 10, then we gather the snorkeling equipment and walk right into the water. The guides explain everything. Then the group swims around the cove with their guide and you see sea turtles, sean creatures and fish! The whole excursion takes a little over an hour! It’s wonderful whether it’s your first time or not!

It was fun! Got to see different types of fish, squid, and a sea turtle. I had no prior experience snorkeling, but felt very at ease with the guidance. I had a 9am slot, which was nice because the water seemed more crowded later. I was surprised how much fauna there was even though we didn't go very far from shore.

Highly unorganized, unhygienic and unprofessional! They delayed the trip by an hour. They gave the snorkeling gears without sanitizing it. They were in the water for less than 35 mins. Trip guide was tired and exhausted even before the trip was commenced. Kids fell sick very next day as the gears were not sanitized.
