This activity operates in all weather conditions except in cases of extreme weather events or public warnings, in which guests may opt for a refund or reschedule for the next available day.
We reserve the right to modify the meeting time at the marina and/or the departure time. We also reserve the right to cancel the tour before departure at the marina due to unfavorable weather conditions.
We reserve the right to change the pick-up location and schedule due to logistical reasons such as traffic, road closures, narrow streets, parking restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Participants must adhere to a casual dress code for outdoor activities, which prohibits bathing suits, cover-ups, or see-through/translucent clothing.
Individuals heavily under the influence of alcohol or drugs prior to the tour will be denied participation and may be charged.
Smoking any type of cigars, cigarettes, medicinal cannabis, or nicotine vapes is prohibited on the RST Bus, at the San Juan Bay Marina, or while on the Sunset Boat. Guests found engaging in these practices will be denied participation for safety reasons and will still be charged.
Children under 2 years old must remain in their parent's lap. Children aged 2 to 18 must always be accompanied by an adult.
Once the boat crew begins preparations to depart from the dock, boarding will not be permitted, and guests will be considered a no-show.
No refunds or rescheduling will be granted for late cancellations, no-shows, tardiness, or failure to comply with requirements.
We do not accept amendments less than 24 hours before the activity

5.00This was so beautiful and fun and the perfect ending to our fabulous Puerto Rico vacation. The host was engaging, the history interestig, and the view of the city and the sunset was gorgeous. The food was preassembled into little trays and the drink choices were limited, as described, but were fine. They were very happy to help take photos. I thought the pick up timing was a bit confusing - it is a shuttle bus that they don't arrange until day of so I was nervous about missing it and the drive was long due to a few pick ups. The people who Ubered beat us. Guests sort of hung out with their own people so no forced fun.

5.00Our experience was out of this world. The admissions fee was reasonable. We were in Puerto Rico for 4 days. The boat ride was an 1 1/2 and we had a fantastic time. Raphael was an AMAZING tour guide. He played great music and taught us lots of knowledge about Puerto Rico and its history that we didn’t know. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience. The sun set was immaculate!

5.00The whole family really enjoyed the sunset cruise. The views and history given was fantastic. Rafael was a great tour guide. The captain and first mate were awesome as well. We loved it so much we didn’t want it to end. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel included with cost. I definitely recommend this tour 10/10.

5.00We had such a great time on the sunset cruise- Rafael and his team were wonderful. Took our pictures, made sure we had what we wanted to drink and gave interesting information about Puerto Rico. They were so nice and it was just the right amount of time for us. We loved seeing San Juan from the water. Will be back!
