What To Expect
A warm welcome to our beautiful island of St Lucia, where your dream becomes a reality. We offer a unique service where we have a rep holding up a sign with your name after you exit your flight. The rep will take you through the fast track process, where you don't wait on any lines. You will be escorted to the front of the immigration and customs lines and after escorted to your driver. You will be greeted by your chauffeur and escorted to your private luxury vehicle. All our drivers are COVID certified, your safety is the first priority. 4.00Getting through customs was quick and easy! Our driver from the airport kept talking on his phone and texting. Im already a nervous backseat rider and adding that to all the ups and downs of the roads is why I gave a 4 vs a 5, this is something extra we paid for the driver shouldn't be answering phone or texting. Our driver from the hotel to the airport was AMAZING!!! I would book again. (Not sure why its posting as anonymously)

2.00Driver did good job going to resort but was 20-30 minutes late picking us up. Also had no drinks or snacks that were advertised as part of the trip. Disappointing experience.

5.00Kevin our driver is outstanding. His knowledge of the local history and culture is beyond excellent. The roads in Saint Lucia are narrow, winding, and crowded but he made our transfer painless and fun.

4.00My husband and I went to St Lucia 11/6-11/10. We splurged and purchased this private round trip transfer instead of taking the resorts shuttle service. We were met by the fast track representative from the airport who walked us through all the checkpoints and delivered us directly to our driver. Joshua was our driver and he was wonderful. Very professional and courteous and told us a lot about St Lucia during our long 2 hour trip to Sandals Resort. Coming back to the airport to head home we were elated to find Joshua was our return driver and again...excellent experience. What I was not pleased with was we were told that someone from fast track would meet us to help us again through the airport check ins and not stand in line however no one ever showed. It was like we were dropped off and done with. Didn't completely get what I paid for and that was disappointing. Our driver even contacted the fast track representative at the airport and told him we had arrived....never showed up. Everything was perfect until the drop off back at the airport and lack of a representative to fast track is so we stood in long lines and waited.

5.00Our friend recommended taking private transport from the airport to the resort. It was much more laid back and we got a great tour of the island. No matter how you arrive to your resort, if you get motion sickness be prepared going and coming, the roads are quite curvy and it is a long trip even without traffic. Would definitely do it again.

5.00Skip the crowd and get this transfer! We were out of the airport before most folks made it through customs. Our driver was fantastic and told us all about the area as we were driving. He had cold beverages and snacks waiting which was a huge plus!

5.00Had a great experience on the way in, hoping for the same going out! Met by a representative that got us quickly through immigration and customs. Then took us to the Sandals lounge to meet out driver. Sean was outstanding. Very pleasant, had cold beers for us, and gave a great tour on the way to the resort. Also an excellent driver who knew how to handle the traffic and knew some shortcuts. Got to the resort relaxed and ready for a great week. Worth every penny!
