We start the tour from the agreed meeting point, when arriving at the dunes after a light walk along the access trail, we will do some basic orientations focused on safety, then we will start by the dune field in search of adventure and fun. Endless possibilities of paths to descend, we are improving the technique with each descent!
As the sun sets, the stars appear and it is in this light that we will gather our kayaks to contemplate the horizon of the bay. Check the dates available on our website or contact us.

What To Expect
Sandboard is Snowboard's brother cousin, considered as Sand Surf, it is a mix of Surf, Skate and mainly Snowboard techniques. Our boards are professional and use the same loops as Snowboards. The wild dunes of Mozambique beach are suitable for those who want an experience without tourists around, we can explore different types and grades of dunes! Transfer (optional) from the Adrenailha base to the activity site, on the Dunes of Mozambique beach, around Rio Vermelho State Park, about 5km from our base. Wild dunes, we access the Dunes by trail, walking to the dune field. Before starting let's take a quick lesson and start practicing on small dunes, fun activity and full of adrenaline, the levels of difficulty vary according to the size and slope of the dunes which results in greater or lesser speed. We chose this place for providing greater interaction with nature, for not having tourists without practice around, increasing the degree of experience for activity. After practice we can visit the source of Rio Vermelho or Praia do Moçambique.

4.00Unfortunately, the start time (15:00) was not clear on the voucher, and we were far too early due to miscommunication. But fortunately they were flexible enough to do the trip with us at that time. The great thing about this organization is that the boards have good clips that are stuck at two points. This makes it possible to steer betee. Walking up the dunes again and again was tough, but definitely worth it!

5.00This was a blast! Eduardo was the best guide. It ended up only being my husband and I so we got a private tour. The place he took us was so beautiful with dunes, mountains, and ocean in view. Highly recommend this company!

5.00I had such an incredible experience doing sand dune boarding; what a thrill! Everything was great from start to finish. Excellent service, the raddest instructor, easy transportation to the dunes & a great lesson. We got to board in multiple different spots within the dunes, each one providing a different experience. It was a stunning area with great views & riding down on the board was such a unique experience! It’s something I’ll never forget & I highly recommend the experience as well as Adrenailha Aventuras!

1.00We planned the trip with time in advanced and ensured we had a valid cancellation policy in case of any mishap, 41 hrs before the trip we were not able to arrive, we contacted Expedia and Sandboarding Experience by Adrenailha to use the cancellation policy and for our surprise they did not honor it. Expedia had a sudden mistake in their page that did not allow the cancellation and the customer service representative were far from helpful. We contacted the merchant and they didn't want to honor the cancellation policy either (they might be in need for money). For next time, we will not book our trips with them (and will advise other), as I can not trust a merchant that does not honor their terms and conditions including the cancellation policy. Very disappointed ☹️!

4.00We went to see the dunes of the beach of Joaquina and the experience was great. Sitting down is super quiet, even for children. Standing down requires a little more balance... going back up the dune and pulling the board is a perrengue but it's worth it.

5.00Super fun, if you haven’t done it before with the help of the instructor you’re sure to make it. Some falls and blows you will take, but the experience is fantastic. For all ages with medium fitness, the descent is easy but then you have to go up... advice, bring water.
