Dare to spend an afternoon sandboarding with us and enjoy this beautiful experience on our Cerro Carretas hill. Here you can practice our sport and at the same time contemplate our beautiful view of the sea and the city where you can take incredible photos of your adventure.!!

I wanted no part of any ruins on this stop, so i decided to try Sandboarding with no expectations. I went solo for this excursion. Diego was awesome. He was able to mime some instruction and i was off and running. We managed to get about 12 runs in, and he even threw in a little tour on the other side of the hill where the little owls would bounce around and burrow, which was cool. The boarding was easy but fitness is definitely required for the climb. But even if you only get 6 runs in, it's still worth the trip. Thanks guys!

If you are reasonably fit and up for the challenge this is the place. Not fancy but very authentic and a fun experience. Our guide, Don Pierre was fantastic. If you don’t want to sand-board just sit on the board and slide! Great views and a fun time.

This trip was a blast!! I love the town of Salaverry and all the people who live in it, they are very friendly and welcoming when you have arrived in the town. Alex and Diego were our instructors for the day, they are very friendly and fun! Climbing the dune is a challenge but once you get to the top it is a beautiful view of Salaverry and the ocean! Alex and Diego are great at being hands on and teaching you how to properly go down the sand dune. There was a group of 4-5 of us and it was a blast getting to know everyone!! We went down the dunes about 5-6 times and then proceeded to end the sandboarding with a bonfire! It was a beautiful sunset over the ocean and you could see the moon coming from the other side of the dune! It was a really cool experience that I was able to share with a group of people I had just met!! Everyone was fun and the atmosphere was amazing. I highly recommend doing this sandboarding tour! It is a great way to see a local town and spend a day on the dunes with new friends!

We found it a very fun experience, with very familiar and attentive monitors. We advise you to spend a day in Salaverry and try sandboarding and campfire with them. 100% recommended North Dunes.

It is one of the best options to participate and have a good time of healthy fun where you can take advantage of the dunes of the hill careers
