Located by the Marina Bay Waterfront in the heart of Singapore, Gardens by the Bay is a sanctuary for nature lovers and budding horticulturalists alike. Comprising three distinct spaces over 101 hectares–Bay South Garden, Bay East Garden and Bay Central Garden–this oasis of lush greenery has won multiple accolades since it first opened. This is a guided tour of two iconic parks in Singapore. Enough time was spent in each and our guide Chris was both knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!

This trip is to pick you up at your Hotel and transport you to both Skypark and Gardens by the Bay supplying the E Ticket to get in to both. The positives... You get the tickets by email and the driver communicates with you on WhatsApp. He arrived on the time scheduled on pickup at both the Hotel and Skypark, but he is just a taxi in all sense of the word. The negatives.... You can easily book E- Tickets yourself as both attractions are very close to each other. The Gardens by the Bay tickets do NOT include the Flower Walk in the Super Tree section which is a further $28 per person and this is worth getting at the start. We started at 2pm which is too early if you want to see the light show, as they are at 7.45 & 8.45pm each night so once we completed the Skypark we were at GBB at 3.45pm which is far to early for the light show at 7.45pm as you can do the whole Gardens attractions in 2-2.5hrs. Now the issue with this is that you cannot just ask to be picked up early unless everyone with you (8 people) agree to go back with you ? Unless you decide just to pay for a taxi back to your hotel which we did as otherwise due to humidity there is nowhere to go to get out of the heat. GBB is well worth the visit but I would start the taxi tour for this at a later time ie,3pm or 4pm. We did have an issue with our driver who was a bit on the unprofessional side and arrogant but we did not let this spoil our day on both attractions.

They canceled 1 hour before and left us hanging. We were successful doing the tour ourselves only due to hotel location being walking distance to all the sites

Michael was a wonderful guide and made sure we saw everything we wanted to see. Gardens by the Bay was awesome!! Bum boat was even great with the torrential rains.

The area offers delightful opportunities for leisurely strolls. The nightly shows are truly breathtaking, and the Cloud Dome is a particularly impressive sight.

Great experience, it was a perfect day out from start to finish! Cloud Forrest had to be the highlight of the day, but there's several landmarks you will see at any point of the trip.

Driver was late picking us up. Driver dropped us off without entrance tickets. We had to pay twice!! Tour description said it was a four hour tour and pick up would be 6 PM. Driver said he would be back to pick us up at 8:15 PM. So we had to catch our own Uber ride to the hotel. . I’ve contacted this third-party tour company, and they have ignored my requests for a complete refund. Poor, poor, poor, unprofessional tour company. Do not book this tour!!!

It's just beautiful to see....the transportation was helpful and comprehensive. We have spent a memorable time over there and enjoyed well the gardens as well as the foods...satay were too good!

Pick up from our hotel was terrible. Driver was unprofessional. As per tour operator directions driver should pic up at front of the lobby by 2pm. He was standing around the corner of our hotel, not at front of the lobby. We have to go and looking for our car. No signs on the car. Driver is not speak English... He show up after I call tour operator and ask what color and model of the car. He was 30 min late ( outside temperature 98 F, and 100% humidity). Unprofessional service.
