A great day tour with the great guide/driver who explained everything well in English. He also took us to areas that are not usually visited so often. You could feel his enthusiasm for his work and his fun driving through the desert. The desire to come back was awakened in us. Note: At the port exit, do not pay attention to a name tag, but go to the information stands and ask. Conclusion: highly recommended, hassle-free handling with fast communication!

Great day in Namibia! There was only one other couple on the trip and we had Len, a super-nice guide who explained the flora and fauna to us in a vivid and detailed way. He was also absolutely safe and drove with the necessary caution in the dunes, which are challenging to drive in. No unnecessary and dangerous stunts. You could tell at all times that he cared deeply about nature. Very good picnic lunch in the dunes away from the tourist caravans. The same was true in the Namib Desert, where we were mostly on our own. We were never pressed for time and had plenty of opportunity to experience nature and stop for photos. The organization was perfect, pleasantly unhurried. So if you come to Walvis Bay and you are looking for a really nice guide, "Ask 4 Len" ;-) And: greetings to Uwe! "Ask 4 Uwe" as well...

I can say without hesitation that the Sandwich Harbour and Welwitschia Tour was one of the most extraordinary experiences of my entire life - truly transformative and unforgettable! From the very beginning, Dennis, our incredible tour guide, set the tone for an amazing adventure. He arrived early at my hotel with a warm smile and a friendly, approachable personality that instantly made me feel like I was in the best hands possible. Dennis’s knowledge about the region is nothing short of astounding. Along the route, he shared fascinating stories, insightful facts, and deep understanding of the unique landscape and wildlife, making every moment engaging and educational. Not only was he an expert guide, but Dennis was also an exceptional driver, expertly navigating the challenging and treacherous sand dunes with remarkable skill and confidence. His driving made the journey feel safe, smooth, and thrilling all at once! The Sandwich Harbour portion of the tour was otherworldly - I honestly felt like I had stepped off Earth and into a completely different planet, surrounded by towering sand dunes meeting the vast ocean in a breathtaking spectacle. I thought nothing could top that experience, but the Welwitschia Tour that followed blew me away even more! Exploring the hidden moon-like landscape was surreal, and the search for the incredibly rare Welwitschia plants - some living for over 2,000 years - was absolutely awe-inspiring. To witness these ancient botanical wonders firsthand is a privilege few people in the world ever get to experience, and I feel incredibly lucky to have done so. This tour, guided by Dennis, made my entire trip to Namibia truly unforgettable and life-changing. If you want an adventure filled with beauty, wonder, and expert guidance, I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. And if you can, definitely request Dennis - he will elevate your experience beyond your wildest expectations!

The tour was absolute fun. Our guide Dennis was an excellent at driving us on the dunes, giving us a taste of adventure Dube driving, spotting secret locations with less people for iconic pictures. He was very Thu knowledgeable about Namibia and South Africa and shared a wealth of information about the history, about the dunes, seal colonies, salt mining, flamingos and much more. He organized tasteful lunch and drinks for us at a beautiful spot on the beach and gave us time to explore. Dennis picked us up right in front of our camp site, we started our trip with some coffee and Dennis picked up lunch for us and headed to the place with flamingos. We learned from our guide about the colors of flamingos based on the food they eat(algae and shellfish), we then drove in to the 9km stretch of dunes in the Namib desert, saw seals (also seals and dolphins that washed ashore and died because of being left behind the pack/getting lost), we then had lunch at the sandwich harbor, and went up dune dashing to the view point of the harbor. We were also shown the location where the last few minutes of Dune 2 was filmed, as an extra(not part of the trip) we also got to visit the seal colony and watch baby seals. All in all a thoroughly planned trip with a Super entertaining, very insightful and knowledgeable guide. Dennis also gave us suggestions on places, restaurants and bars to visit. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our day safari tour in Swakopmund thanks to Dennis.
