These crooks never showed up, and Tripadvisor makes it impossible to contact them for support. I now have to report this charge as fraudulent on my credit card.

This hike was a great, short trek through forest vegetation up to the fully exposed volcano summit (2300m/7500ft). The trail is rocky and moderately strenuous. Views from various stopping points as well as at the summit were beautiful. The geology of the volcano and its lake were fascinating. Not for the out of shape visitor. Minimum of two hours up and one down moving at a constant, steady pace. The trail gets very crowded later in the day - best to leave early and head back down early.

We had an amazing time on our tour of Santa Ana Volcano! We had a good driver who was right on time. We don’t speak Spanish so they requested a guide that speaks English so we were able to learn about the natural park. The lake was beautiful and the water was warm. Great experience would recommend to others!

Really nice experience. The guide is local and speaks English and knows everything about the city and culture. He drove us to the Vulcano and the Lake, where we enjoyed lunch together and had a nice talk. The volcano hike is very beautiful and worth it. The lake has a nice view and the water is a perfect temperature to have a dip. I would totally recommend this tour if you want a full day planned with nice activities!
