What To Expect
We will meet at the meeting point, which is the office, at 2:40 PM. Our experience begins at 3:00 PM. As we enter the Andes mountain range, we will be able to appreciate the majestic sunset it offers. We will enter through the Cajón del Maipo, following the Maipo River, passing through several picturesque villages until we reach the famous Chocolate House. After enjoying its wonderful architecture, we will head to the Velo de la Novia waterfall, where you can admire the power of the water and have the opportunity to take photos. Next, we will go horseback riding along the river and take a trail that will lead us to a beautiful viewpoint, where we can admire the division of the valleys and the colorful mountain landscapes. The horseback ride lasts approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes. Afterward, we will descend to our Quincho, where we will enjoy a traditional Chilean barbecue. The menu includes an appetizer and four courses, all served in Finger Food format. You will also have the opportunity to taste different Chilean wines and the famous pisco sour. It’s an all-inclusive tour, from drinks to food. and the return service to your hotel is included.

5.00Amazing! This was our favorite tour. Our guide Sebastian was so nice. The car ride was about 2 hours, he picked us up from our hotel around 2pm. First stop was a store for snacks, next stop was the chocolate house, then we stopped at a waterfall, and then we went to a gorgeous valley for horseback riding. It was the best horseback ride we ever did. We both have rode before but still consider ourselves beginners. There were a few steep spots and a shallow river crossing. The views are breathtaking. The ride was about 2 hours and then we went back to base camp where we had our bbq. It’s an outdoor deck with outdoor couches. We were greeted with Pisco, wine, and charcuterie. Our food was served tapas style, however there is plenty to eat and it was all delicious. Empanadas, blue cheese stuffed mushrooms, sausages, steak, veggies, to name a few. The food keeps coming. After that, they turned off the lights and we were able to see so many stars. Around 10-10:30pm we left and got dropped back off at the hotel. Highly recommend, you will not regret it. This tour is definitely one of the coolest experiences I’ve done.

5.00This tour was an amazing way to experience the natural beauty of Cajón del Maipo. The organization was smooth, with clear communication before the trip. The horseback riding was absolutely wonderful. The horses were well trained, and the trails offered breathtaking views of the mountains. After the ride, we enjoyed a delicious traditional Chilean asado around a cozy wooden deck. The meal was hearty and flavorful with many different kinds of good food. The night ended with a truly magical stargazing session. The skies were crystal clear, and the guide did a fantastic job pointing out constellations and explaining with the green laser. Overall, this was a fantastic and well-rounded experience that’s well worth the price. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a real taste of adventure with amazing views.

5.00I am at the end of a 5 week tour of South America doing tours daily. This tour will forever live with me, the scenery is breathtaking, the horses are well looked after and the BBQ at the end was Devine. I could not rate this tour highly enough and I truly didn’t want the day to end. This tour co also does the Thermas pools which are quite close by, there is accommodation in this location if you don’t want to drive all the way from Santiago twice. The bbq is at the accommodation and it looks amazing
