Really grateful for this service! As someone that wants to see different areas of the country and not have to stress over travel plans, bus schedules, and different shuttles, etc this was so worth it. 🙏🏼 They double checked and confirmed all details with me. Arrived on time. Spacious van with AC. They picked me up at my exact location and drop off point with one direct path. Thank you!

Mike was awesome. From the moment he picked us up, he made sure we were comfortable. It was a long trip, but mike make it look flawless. Rafa was in contact with us through the transition until we got in the vehicle. Thank you guys! Will definitely use again.

Excellent private transportation from Santiago airport to Puerto Plata and back. Rosario picked us up at the airport at 2am from our flight from the US and brought us to the resort. He was waiting outside of customs with an easily identifiable sign. The van was clean and stocked with beverages. We felt safe enough to take a snooze while driving to the resort. On the way back David picked us up a little early but had no problem waiting for us. He also was a very safe driver and again the van was clean and stocked with beverages. Jennifer kept in close contact with me throughout all of my bookings. I am very happy with the service they provided and would definitely recommend them for all your tour and transportation needs.

They were on time and so polite and helpful. We used them four time in the five days in DR. - from the airport - the waterfall excursion - ATV excursion - to the airport And every time was without an problems. You have to pay with cash that’s the only thing that caught me off guard but they did tell me before hand I just didn’t notice that little detail in the invoice. But that was my fault. I will not travel or book anywhere else when I visit. I highly recommend them.

My trip was great, my driver was there when I arrived at the airport and was very friendly. There were complementary drinks on a cooler available for the guests. Jennifer was very helpful and accommodating in helping me book my trip. Would recommend, would use their service again.

100% recommended! My friend and I needed transportation from Santo Domingo to Puerto Plata (4hrs away) so we did a lot of researching and came across DSRR BUS. We were two girls traveling in a different country so we wanted to feel safe and DSRR made sure we did. Jennifer was super helpful and answered all our questions right away. On the day of, Lilo waiting for us outside custom with a sign of our names. Bus was spacious with WiFi and drinks (water/beer) provided:). Our overall experience with DSRR Bus Transportation was great as Lilo got us to our destination safely.

Hire them for Airport Service to the hotel and back again. The first in 2018 in Puerto Plata and save from Santo Domingo to La Romana. Every time a pleasure. Rosario and Jennifer respond quickly and always verify that the customer received the highest quality services....highly recommended!
