To call this a savory culinary tour is in accurate. This was a historic tour of Bar Barbour that included a donut, crab cake, cup of soup, lobster roll & ice cream. We expected to visit more restaurants as well as tasting a larger variety of food. That being said our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was delicious except for the lobster bisque, it was very bland and heavy.

Excellent food tour. Food was great and varied, walking tour was interesting. Especially loved the oil & vinegar tasting and the ice cream, but all the food stops were good. Beautiful walk in beautiful weather.

Our foodie tour with Charlie was a tasty and fun trip around the downtown area of Bar Harbor. Chowder/bisque, lobster roll, crab cake, ice cream and blueberry doughnuts to taste at different stops, intermingled with Bar Harbor history and stories dispensed by Charlie. And the stop at the olive oil/balsamic vinegar shop was a special treat. All in all, an enjoyable way to get a sampling of good food along with some history of the area!

We had a great time walking around Bar Harbor, getting a history lesson and trying local dishes at various restaurants. We also visited and olive oil and balsamic crafter store. Our tour guide, Charlie, was fantastic and charming.
