1.00We are extremely disappointed with our Scenic Flight experience. We tried contacting the help number, but there was no prompt response. Additionally, the weather was very bad today with heavy rain, and we received no alerts or notifications about any delays. When we went to the site, the Waiheke Wings office was closed, and there was no shelter in the heavy rain. We called both the office and the help number provided with the activity, only to find out that the office had no record of our booking for that day. We spent a lot of time making calls and have still not received any refund. This experience has been very frustrating and unacceptable.

5.00This was a wonderful way to see the island on a short timeline. Our pilot was informative and very accommodating. We felt totally comfortable throughout. Incredible views of Waiheke and neighboring islands. Highly recommend!!
