1.00Had a trip to Troudos mountains planned for Saturday. I waited outside my hotel, luckily after 10 mins i popped bk into my hotel to check if all was still okay, they called EOS, It seems the trip was cancelled or a member of EOS booked in error. I haven't received an apology. Disappointed with service.

However there were problems for the driver/guide communicating with our rear seat, this was via a hand held mike which was put down when two hands were needed on the wheel and often forgotten to be picked up again. A head set mike would solve the problem. Nice lady though..
