5.00Good and fast communication with Kate from Sights of Kiev. When we met her for the tour, she asked for our expectations to balance information versus sights and quickly found out our preferences. Due to a misunderstanding in the booking process, we accidently booked the wrong tour, but Kate was so flexible to immediately change the schedule, paying a taxi to the new starting point, organising the required equipment and start over: wow! The tour was interesting and fun, and Kate was an amazing guide and personality. Highly recommended and we thank her for her flexibility and the perfect day.

5.00My husband and i picked an 8am slot with Kate on monday. It was really refreshing - less crowd on the streets. We saw all the governmental buildings and the park with the spectacular view. I.5 hours wasn’t enough with Kate (we had other tours planned after so had to pick the short one)Kate is an amazing guide and was very very patient with us since it was our first time on the segway hehe
