The boat trip was fantastic but the restaurant not so great. Food was cold and service slow. Not worth the money.

Very unorganized restaurant, we decided to have dinner first.. big mistake, we waited for near an hour just to be served the appetizer. The soup arrived cold, the one waiter was serving about 30 people alone. The initial waiter never returned to the table to check on us, he was clearly overwhelmed. The main course arrived after my complaint, it was mediocre at best, not the fine dining experience I was expecting. Definitely not worth the money I paid. We departed the restaurant without dessert. The cruise was ever worse, due to the night time lighting most exhibits were not to able to be viewed nor photographed. This activity is better to be viewed in the daytime, so the beauty maybe enjoyed. The guide spoke about a few of the building we passed but a lot of the sculptures, buildings and art work I had no idea what I was viewing. Being that I am from another country it is important to understand what the sculptures and building were. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS ACTIVITY. It would have been better to choose a different restaurant and do the activity during the daytime. Waste of time.

Dinner was ok. The cruise portion every 30 mins but huge line up we would have to wait 1.5 hours. We left total waste of $. Book river cruise as a package thus will guarantee bo long line ups

Dinner was delicious but the service was somewhat sparse because everyone shows up at around the same time. After dinner, we headed to the dock next door to get in line for the boat ride, which was lovely. Make sure to time it so you see the Eiffel Tower after dark. You can sit inside if it's chilly, but you'll get better pictures if you sit on the upper deck, or along the sides.

The food is not the best, especially for French cooking. Recommend dining elsewhere. The cruise was well worth the cost and long line, which moved rather quickly. Narration was good. Go quickly to the top to get an outside seat-much better viewing.

While the dinner was fantastic, those who had the fixed price dinner combined with a cruise, were treated differently. I would have ordered and paid for more but waiters avoided us after they served us. When I asked about our “special “ cruise attached to the dinner I was told the next cruise was not for a long time. After a while we walked over to the cruise and there were hundreds of people in line. Most of them had just bought their tickets while we had purchased in advance. Once we got on, the boats were absolutely PACKED! I will say that once we got going we all went outside to the rail and it was magical! Waving and greeting other boats and people sitting along the Seine along with a lot up Paris was delightful.
