Really good value and great experience. We were in Paris on Labour Day so everywhere was absolutely rammed with massive queues. We'd booked in advance and walked straight in. Service was a bit slow and we had to chase drinks twice but they had let us board the restaurant prior to opening so, fair enough. Food was good albeit my steak was ni where near medium rare but it was huge and was decent. After the meal we left for the cruise....and the carnage began....we were told to tell the staff on the queue that we had 'bistro' tickets which would allow us to queue jump.....the queue was a few hundred people! We spoke to the staff, which told us to speak to someone else, that person sent us to someone else and that person then sent us to the back of the long queue....we went back to the original person and explained it again and we were bustled through a barrier successfully. The queue was intense and the flow of people was doubly so....so I do get the confusion...however, this was my only real criticism that this part of the experience could have been improved. However, the food and eventually cruise were great and I would recommend....also, we sat and ate dinner, literally within a hundred meters of the Eiffel Tower - like wow

The dinner and service was excellent. The cruise was so relaxing and scenic. Make sure to go on the 9:00pm cruise to see the 10:00pm Eiffel Tower sparkle!

Would recommend this for couples or for families. The dinner was delicious. Waiter was confused about what accompaniments came with the meals, but everything was good so it really didn’t matter. If you want cafe after your meal it is not included, the price is steep so be forewarned. The river cruise was lovely. We took the last one for the night, and it was a little chilly and packed like sardines. Wear layers and you will be fine.

We chose to do the Cruise first and then the Dinner. The Cruise was very full of tourists and once we found a spot to sit we really enjoyed it The food was fantastic, and the service was also excellent Great location under the Eiffel Tower Would definitely return again

We were a little confused because not actually a guided tour which is fine but needs more explanation you just head to dinner and they give ticket for cruise a bit vague

The ad is misleading- it states dinner cruise. We went to eat and it states 3 course dinner. When I asked the waiter he said yes it includes a starter, main dish and a dessert. When we ordered, I selected the steak but the waiter said it would be 10 euro more. That’s a bait and switch. But you eat first and then go on the cruise. The line was super long to board the boat so we asked someone where we go if we have a reservation with Viator. He pointed us to a shorter line but we still waited about an hour. When we finally got up to boarding the cruise the top was filled up already. I asked someone if we could board the next boat because my husband has anxiety and didn’t bring his meds to calm him down. The guy said we had to go out and exchange our tickets and then wait in the big line again. In a rude way he opened the gate and said leave! You and your family need to leave! I was shocked! We paid extra for these tickets and were supposed to have priority seating. Apparently not. I’ll be disputing the charge on my card for misleading verbage.

The cruise is very badly organized, endless line with incredible cold! No fast track for those like us who had booked with dinner included. Not satisfying either... Maybe being Italian we always have different expectations about food. Experience not to be repeated
