1.00Tour was cancelled organization very unresponsive requested refund beware of the 2pm time slot seems like they favor the 10:30am we did not want to rush around in the morning with our kids so we booked 2pm but I don't think they should offer it

5.00This was a 10/10 experience . Fun , educational , just truly amazing. I would recommend hiking shoes instead or water shoes though. Adynn was the best tour guide ever ! Ask for her if you book the tour , she has such an amazing soul and love for the rain forest we were able to truly enjoy every bit of it because you can tell she loves what she does .

5.00We drove to meeting point and met with our guide Happy, who was in contact with us via text. We then followed him to the El Yunque parking lot. It was a bumpy ride and the roads need some love. Beware of the chickens, cats, and dogs running about. After issuing our life jackets, in case you fall in, we started the hike. Lots of mud. Use the roots and rocks for traction. Good pair of water shoes goes a long way. Rain in the morning brought flash floods by the time we reached the water slide. Had to skip it, but we did the cliff jump and rope swing. The information our guide Happy shared on the habitat was very interesting. I appreciated Happy’s focus on safety and preserving the natural environment.

5.00It was a great experience! Loved our tour guide, Gio, helped us throughout the entire journey to the waterslide, helped us get through the rough terrain, and overall enjoyed the tour very well. Would certainly do it again and definitely recommend it to others as well!

5.00This waterfall tour was absolutely incredible—one of the highlights of our trip. The scenery was breathtaking, and each stop felt more beautiful than the last. What really made the experience stand out, though, was our guide. Gian was knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about the area. We felt safe and well taken care of. The whole tour was well-organized, fun, and truly memorable. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience.

5.00This was one of the best experiences of our trip! The Yunque waterslide was so fun and beautiful, and our tour guide Gian made it even better. He was super friendly, helpful, and made sure everyone felt safe while still keeping it fun. The hike and slide were such a great adventure, and he even helped take pictures for us! Definitely recommend this tour, and if you can, ask for Gian! 😊

5.00We had an awesome time exploring El Yunque—definitely one of the highlights of our Puerto Rico trip. The jungle experience, especially the natural water slide and cliff jumping, was incredible and something we’ll remember for a long time. Gian, our guide, really made the difference. He was knowledgeable, fun, and kept the energy up the whole time while making sure everyone felt safe and comfortable. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does. The only downside was the long lines at the 10:00 AM spot—it got pretty crowded and slowed things down a bit. That said, once we got past that, everything else was well worth it. Overall, great experience and even better guide. We’d absolutely recommend it—just maybe try for an earlier or less crowded time if you can.
