What To Expect
This experience is a self-guided journey through our Himalayan salt sauna, group cold plunge pools, and herbal tea lounge. Guests are free to move between heat and cold at their own pace, creating a rhythm that feels right for them. Throughout the session, a guide tends the sauna stove, introducing steam infused with essential oils and gently circulating heat and aroma through the space. The guide also offers thoughtful service moments along the way, such as iced tea and frozen grapes, to enhance rest and refreshment.

5.00Every session at Aether Haus is a treat. I recently attended the Gong Bath with Delyar and it was a powerful experience. Argus and Silent sessions are also on my list of favourites. Every host brings a beautiful and unique energy to the space. I love the way Delyar takes care of everything and pays attention to every details, which makes the whole experience feel special to me. 🤍

It's such a wonderful spot - great staff, a nice offering of sauna sessions, and a beautiful ambiance to the facility. I enjoy going there with different friends or solo. I do the Aufguss weekly. I would highly recommend!

5.00My wife and I come here regularly and absolutely love it. The space is clean, relaxing, and very well maintained. The hot and cold plunge setup is excellent and always leaves us feeling refreshed and recharged. The staff is friendly and professional. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

5.00I feel a little gatekeep-ie, like I don't want to quite say how amazing this place is, but it literally has become a 3-4 night a week place for me to go and unwind & unplug. I call it 'the library", because I have read more books there in the past 3 months than I have in 3 years of a busy non-stop lifestyle I have. There are amazing spiritual books in the tea room you can take into the sauna & read. The other non-silent sessions are gong bath, sound bowls, yin yoga & aufgus, even dj events. It's a little like nursery school, but for adults. I have met with friends there & also made new friends there & the staff... the staff are all beyond amazing too! It's such a little gem in the Vancouver Westend & so grateful I stumbled upon this spot & despite not wanting it to be "too busy", I know I have to share, so you can have a little bit of the magic too!

5.00The best Sauna Haus in Vancouver. Everyone needs to experience an Aufguss in their lifetime. It is a feeling that you cannot explain but know you'll feel pure bliss. They guides are detailed and make sure you feel taken care of. I am so passionate about this company I want to open my own in Ottawa. Dave will be our consultant ;)
