Achasan is one of Seoul’s local favorite hikes, this experience is perfect for travelers who want beautiful Han River and skyline views without committing to a long or demanding mountain climb. With its easy trail, relaxed pace, and convenient city access, Achasan offers more approachable side of Seoul’s hiking culture.
Start with a walk through a real local neighborhood and a simple stretching session before the hike. Along the trail, take in sweeping views of the Han River and the Seoul skyline!
No special hiking shoes are needed. Comfortable walking shoes or running shoes are perfectly fine for this trail.
Limited to just 4 guests, this tour feels more personal, relaxed, and comfortable than a typical group experience.
After the hike, enjoy a delicious local pork or duck BBQ, a satisfying Korean way to end an active day outdoors!

What To Expect
Meet your guide at Exit 1 of Gwangnaru Station and begin your journey like a local. On the way to the trail, walk through the neighborhood streets of Seoul, pass a local school area, and take in the peaceful atmosphere of an ordinary Seoul morning before starting your hike.
Achasan Mountain

5.00Hiking was good enough. It was suitable for all our members. Not too crazy but still little bit challenging. The view was amazing!! You can see pretty much all the views of Seoul. And the last, bbq was tasty. Youla made us Soju bomb.

5.00Amazing!! The hike is wonderful way to overlook the city and be in nature on a sunny Saturday morning. Youla served delicious homemade snacks and tangerine tea while we gazed out at the Seoul skyline. The bbq lunch was incredible! We couldn’t decide between the duck and pork so got both and also tried Youla’s favourite (kimchi soup) - everything was delicious. If you’re lucky enough to be around for hotteok season (November to March), grab a honey hotteok from around the finer afterwards. The day was a perfect blend of workout, nature and indulging in the wonderful local cuisine! Highly recommended!!!

5.00My boyfriend and I had an incredible time with Youla. She was so welcoming, knowledgable and relaxed. We came back to Youla after our first food tour with her and we loved it so much we came for the hike and bbq. It was beautiful sunny day, planned to perfection and Youla prepared sweet treats and drinks made by her mother - we felt so well looked after throughout the day. It was the perfect way to finish our South Korean trip and I will be recommending her to anyone coming to South Korea. This really changed how much we feel we got to learn and understand Seoul. Thank you Youla, we will be back soon!
