3.00For a first time traveller to the island with my granddaughter was a little uneasy due to the language barrier. Our driver was not there to meet us. I had to find someone non related to this company to request their assistance in calling the company for us. They then took aprox 45 min to pick us up after the phone call. I paid for this service, I think they should have been thre waiting for us. The return back to the airport was on point. Our driver arrived a few minutes early to pick us up
