1.00I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I paid for a trip and was in communication with your team, yet no one showed up for the pickup. Despite my continuous follow-ups, the responses came far too late and the excuses provided were not acceptable—especially for a company operating in the global travel and tour sector, where reliability and professionalism are expected. To make matters worse, I have not received any proper update regarding my complaint or the refund of the amount I paid. This level of service is unacceptable, and I expect immediate action and a clear resolution.
Worth the Money, but Restaurant Stop Needs Improvement

3.00The trip itself was okay and overall worth the money. However, during the journey we stopped at a restaurant where the food was extremely disappointing. It was overpriced, lacked flavor, and some dishes were even half-cooked. This really affected the experience. I hope the operator considers choosing better rest stops in the future.

5.00This was my second trip with Baku city tours, and once again, it was an amazing experience! Our guide Mousa was wonderful — so friendly, fun, and really cared about everyone in the group. He made sure we were all comfortable and enjoying every moment. The driver was great too, very safe and professional, which made the whole trip feel relaxed and secure. The bus was clean and comfortable. Everything was perfectly organized — I truly enjoyed it and would definitely choose them again for my next adventure.

5.00What a great day out. Our guide Nazir was clear and informative throughout the trip and we always knew the itinerary and meeting times. The roller coaster was great and easy and we did it - we are over 60 and over 70 so if we can do it anyone can!!!! The rides were easily affordable and we also did the cable cars with superb views.

He shared so much interesting information about the area, made sure we were comfortable at every step, and added a personal touch that made the trip memorable. The tour itself was well-organized, with plenty of time to enjoy the stunning scenery and activities without ever feeling rushed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend this tour and especially Musa to anyone visiting!
