Hello! We are the three Filipinos who joined your tour. 01-01-26 It was our first time to experience a cold country with ice and snow, so we really enjoyed and were amazed by all the places we visited during the trip. Sorry if we were sometimes a bit playful because of taking photos and videos 😄 we just wanted to make the most of every moment. The tour was amazing, the food was delicious, and the vehicle was big and very comfortable. The driver was gentle and smooth, so you can really rest or sleep during the ride. Our tour guide was very kind and responsive. Thank you so much, Ms. Inara, for guiding us and explaining the history of your country. We truly appreciate it 🫶 We learned many important things while enjoying the trip. 100% best experience ever. See you next time, and God bless you all ❤️🔥🥰 Highly Recommend this Agency for Tourists you won’t regret 🫶

Very poor operator and guide. A couple got stuck at the roller coaster during a heavy snowstorm in the evening, and the lady guide irresponsibly took the bus back to Baku, leaving them behind. Absolutely no humanity. We were told that hotel pickup was included, but instead they sent a random location and asked us to come there ourselves. The lunch provided was pathetic as well. Overall, this was a complete scam. On top of that, we were asked to leave good reviews and mention her name. Completely unacceptable.

It was a nice day far from Baku, Inara gave us a lot of information about the country. The lunch spot was in the white forest, I liked it a lot.
