Gabala was a total value for money trip. Tour Guide (Naz) was really helpful and guided everyone really well with complete information. It's a perfect day trip if you want to explore other parts of Azerbaijan. Roller coaster in Tufandag is a must try. If I were to travel again I would always choose Naz and co for the trip.

My sister and I joined this company for an organized day trip to the Gabala and Shamakhi regions, and it was an excellent experience. Both the guide, Naz, and the driver were outstanding. Everything ran on schedule, and we received detailed explanations in clear, easy-to-understand English. The guide also provided explanations in Turkish for the Turkish-speaking participants. The group itself was very friendly, which made the trip even more enjoyable. One thing I appreciated was the transparency: it was very clear what was included in the price and what was not. There were no unnecessary sales pitches or surprise charges. Of course, the tour and the destinations are quite tourist-oriented, but that is to be expected. We purchased the tour from a lovely agent named Jehan, who was working at the booth in the square. She was very helpful and remained available even in the evening after her working hours had ended. We paid 80 AZN for both of us. However, keep in mind that the cable car and alpine coaster attractions require additional payment. For the two of us, these extra activities cost nearly 100 AZN—more than the price of the tour itself. There was also a stop for lunch at a restaurant that was quite expensive and, unfortunately, not very good. The view, however, was absolutely stunning. At the final stop, we were taken to a tourist shop selling honey, spices, Azerbaijani tea, saffron, lokum, and baklava. In hindsight, I would skip the shopping there. The next day, I found the same products at the Baku Bazaar (Yaşıl Bazar) with much better quality and at roughly half the price. Overall, I would recommend bringing your own snacks, focusing on enjoying the tour itself, and spending money only on the attractions and experiences that are truly worth it.

We had a wonderful experience on the Shamakhi and Gabala tour. Our guide Nazpari was absolutely amazing — one of the sweetest and most helpful people we met in Azerbaijan. She took care of everything, guided us properly, helped whenever we needed anything, and made the whole day feel easy and enjoyable. The tour itself was beautiful and well organized, but Nazpari’s kindness and friendly nature made it even more memorable. Thank you for such a lovely experience. Highly recommended!
