It was a long of fun and good information, but honestly the weather was so miserable (95°F and 75% humidity). I would have preferred to do the same tour in the evening, or maybe ending in the evening so you can see the Bund all lit up. I still recommend this as you can’t beat the price (bring tip money! Only way she gets anything), but be prepared to sweat, especially during the summer months.

I booked this tour last minute to kil my time after having missed my flight. Nice experience. The walk was around 7km long in total (according to my walking app).

This was a free walking tour which we didn’t realise as we paid to take part and then paid again at the end. It’s based on tips. The tour itself was great though and so was the guide! Didn’t walk too fast either.

Great walking tour! I really learned a lot about Shanghai and found our tour guide, Aubrey, to be very knowledgeable.
