It was a great experience to see the skyline from the the river boot. Caroline made sure we had a spot on the boot with best view and being anything but crowded (VIP deck). She briefed us and gave insight of the various impressive buildings we came across. Later on, Caroline took us to the Yuyuan Bazaar where we enjoyed a stroll by night through this most picturesque area. The driver was quickly around when called by Caroline to take us around. They even made a special effort at beginning of our tour, because we were not at the agreed pick up location.

It is a must do, it was absolutely amazing. Our guide Kalvin was the best, so knowledgeable. He made sure we had the best experience. We were driven in a comfortable car, the driver was professional, helpful. They were prompt, kept in touch with us. Highly recommend this tour.

We had a fantastic time on this tour. Queena was so knowledgeable and friendly. This trip was good value for money. Out favourite part was trying the delicious local food. We saw so much in just one evening. Thank you so much Queena!

Our guide had a driver pick us up at our hotel. We met Judy at the boat for the tour a bit early so we could be ready. She planned it out so well. We didn’t have to wait in the long line. We went on and into the private area so it wasn’t crowded and we had a wonderful view of the city. Judy was very informative and loves Shanghai. The river tour was very good and beautiful at night. We ended at Bazaar. Unbelievable how beautiful this was. The night was very good.

We undertook this tour on New Year’s Eve! So it was a challenge to get from our hotel to the boat due to the vast crowds on the street. Our driver was amazing and Mary, our wonderful guide, manage to get us on the boat on time. The boat trip was beautiful and the lights on the buildings are unreal - you feel like you are in a sci fi movie. Mary had our seat upgraded so we were warm and comfortable. Instead of going through the bazaar Mary gave us the alternative of going to dinner instead. That totally suited our family and she picked a wonderful restaurant that specialised in North Chinese food. We had a fabulous tour and a big thanks to Mary in her skill and knowledge of the city.

Queena was our guide and she was excellent, she made our evening special and showed us some amazing sites of Shanghai. The river boat tour was the highlight and we would definitely recommend.

Our guide was Queena and she is the kindest person we’ve met in Shanghai so far. She’s knowledgeable, helpful and very enthusiastic. Our boat ride was amazing, we truly appreciated all the guidance she provided and how she explained a lot about the history of this city. We are very pleased with this experience!

First, Mary our tour guide was amazing. Very funny and knowledgeable, she has helped us with other ideas thanks to what she shared during our time together (very much appreciated that). Nice little treat of trying Shanghai style dumplings. Amazing photos, especially thanks to Mary getting us a prime position on the boat.
