What To Expect
Huangpu River
Your tour guide and private driver will meet you at your hotel lobby in the evening and take you to the Huangpu River Cruise Terminal where you will enjoy a relaxing river cruise ride on the mother river of Shanghai - Huangpu River. Standing on the top deck of the cruise and you will have a glimpse of Shanghai’s past and look into the bright future of the city. Your cruise offers a great view of the grand colonial buildings along west side of the Bund, such as the famous Peace hotel, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank and etc. Turn towards east side, you will see the skyscrapers of Shanghai, like Oriental Pearl TV Tower, World Financial Center, and Shanghai Tower. (Sometimes dinner before cruise depends on Sunset time)
Pudong New Area
After your lovely cruise ride, follow your tour guide to a local popular Xinjiang restaurant to enjoy a halal dinner In Pudong New Area. Xinjiang cuisine is famous in China, and you will enjoy the famous Dapanji (big plate chicken), lamb kebabs, Xinjiang yogurt, and naan(a kind of Xinjiang pancake). Dapanji (big plate chicken) is a famous dish which is nicely flavored in little spices as well as chopped potato, green paper and it is usually served with hand stretched noodles. The lamb kebabs at the restaurant are the most popular ones for local residents. If you don't like lamb, you can choose chicken wings or other skewers. The restaurant offers evening entertainment from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, and there is cultural dancing and belly dancing you can watch. If you are lucky, the dancers will ask you to dance together with them. After your dinner, your guide will send you back to your hotel. If you wish to be dropped-off in other places in the city, such as Xintiandi, your guide will take you there.

It played an important role in my choice of this provider, and I have absolutely no regrets. Amazing Shanghai Trip is exactly what a solo traveller needs. The manager, Alana, contacted me in advance and created a group chat with my guide, Queena. The level of customer orientation and care for travellers was excellent. Queena texted me on WhatsApp and waited for me in the hotel lobby. A luxurious car with a private driver arrived for us. I felt like I was in a fairy tale — the car interior was stunning. The seat massage was turned on right away, and everything was perfectly thought out: snacks, music, and all the little comforts of life 😊 Please take a look at the photos attached to my review. I truly enjoyed this cruise and gained an unforgettable experience. I didn’t want it to end… Afterwards, we had dinner at a wonderful place, and Queena — always attentive and caring — even arranged delivery of something that wasn’t available at the restaurant. I would very much ask for her on my next trip back to Shanghai😊 the boat right was Awesome and the restaurant she took me to was top level. I can’t say enough good things about her. I also just loved the passion she shared with me for her local people and their history. Very knowledgeable!! She made me very comfortable and was a great experience for me.

5.00The Guide and the driver were prompt and well organized . All logistics were handled by the tour guide TripcWas very beautiful . Got many amazing pictures. We were in constant contact with tour company from the time of tour confirmation via WhatsApp. The guide was waiting in the lobby for pickup to our hotel and the tour was very coordinated in terms of drop off and pickup. Top notch private tour for my wife and myself. On short notice. Knowledgeable, polite and organized.

5.00We had a really enjoyable evening on the night cruise. Our guide Kalvin was very knowledgeable and interesting and told us a lot about the history and buildings as we went down the river and enjoyed the beautiful night view. Dinner afterwards was also very enjoyable we tried local XinJiang dishes at the restaurant and Kalvin catered to what our family enjoyed in terms of types of meat and spiciness. Alana was also great as the company host and communicated very clearly the plans for the evening.

5.00Great way to see the beauty of Shanghai. Queens was an amazing guide who looked after every detail and went above and beyond. Help take amazing photos and help with our 4 year old who loved her. Sitting in a special VIP section we had plenty of room and away from the crowd to get uninterrupted pictures. The dinner was a perfect way to end the night. Halal, generous and delicious-highly recommend this tour.
