Bus was slightly behind schedule. No issues otherwise so I would only advise against if you are on a time crunch. Ride was fine, AC on the bus and had a trailer for my luggage.

Although it says shuttle, it’s a bus. I was able to luck out and use the front seat, but others had to sit in cramped, fold-down aisle seats. It was also arrived in San Ignacio an hour after it said, which wasn’t a dealbreaker for me but could be if someone was going to the airport, etc. I believe it came from across the border.

Good price and cheap transportation. However if you have other time commitments like check in water taxi or flights you might want to seek a better option. The shuttle bus was very late that added delays for are travel plans that day. However the shuttle ride went smooth and easy once it arrived. Just plan accordingly so you don’t have to reschedule your events that come after.

The shuttle picked us up an hour late. Luckily we had buffer time. Also, the IS NOT an airport transfer. It drops you at Belize City Ferry terminal, which is 20-30 min drive further.

Great Diver. We were picked up at our hotel. The driver was helpful every step of the way until we were checked in on the water taxi.

Waited over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the agreed upon pickup location. We were told to be at our pickup spot by 8:45am and the driver did not arrive until almost 10am. We had multiple bags and had to stand in the middle of a muddy road filled with bugs and insects. I was completely disappointed in the service and communication. We were told that the shuttle was waiting for passengers at the border, but we were not given any prior communication or warning that this might happen. When we called, the woman provided no real updates or explanations. Would not recommend.

The shuttle was about 10 minutes late picking us up, but got us to the ferry on time. It is what you would expect from a greyhound style shuttle service. It did not feel cramped, but it wasn't spacious either. It was a lot cheaper than other options. I would definitely use it again. Once we arrived at the water taxi station, we learned that it is cheaper and faster to wait and buy your water taxi tickets once you arrive than to buy them in advance. We had purchased our Belize Express water taxi tickets online and had to wait in a line for them to give us the physical ticket which was longer than the express lane that you have access to when you take this shuttle.

I’ve seen mixed reviews about this deal but it’s more a matter of reading the fine print. It’s $20 USD per person to take a shared shuttle from San Ignacio (from your chosen pick up location) to Belize City where the Belize water taxi vendors and docking area is. I believe the PRIVATE shuttle will provide service all the way to the airport but I can not confirm this since I didn’t choose that option. I’m grateful because although my shared shuttle was super packed, we all had seats and it was fully air conditioned and relatively clean.

Got from San Ignacio to the city safely. The shuttle (full) was very cramped with luggage and various bags. Also, due to several different pickups, things were a bit late. Make sure to leave plenty of time, when booking..
