It was comfy and a quick ride. Cheapest price we found after checking prices around town. The price for the ferry can be purchased ahead of time or once you arrive to the ferry. The driver got us there safe and timely :) thank you

They picked me up at the hotel , which was convenient. Cost was inexpensive. They made sure we got our tickets and were set to go on the water taxi.

If you add hotel pick up they pick you up and then bring you to the bus station in San Ignacio where we then had to wait 45 minutes past the time they said we would leave. We were supposed to leave at 9:45 and missed the 12 pm ferry because they didn’t leave on time. None of the employees cared either. If you’re traveling with a group just book a private shuttle and you won’t even pay that much more

The shuttle got us from San Ignacio to Belize in reasonable time and much lower cost than a private car. But it wasn't really what was described on the website. It is not direct shuttle; it arrived in San Ignacio about 3/4 full and made several more stops along the way. This included one stop where it traveled several miles off the main route. It is not a van as pictured, but rather a small and somewhat worn bus towing a luggage trailer. Toward the end of the ride is was very full, including jump seats in the aisle. It got us to the Belize ferry terminal with us and our luggage intact, so no real problems

Awesome start to my day with a front seat ride in the shuttle that picked me up at my hotel. Peaceful ride with an expert driver!

Great company but confusing on instructions. They were late picking me up and it ended up being ok, but would have appreciated proactive communication instead of having to call to find out what is going on.

The shuttle services in Belize all run through the same company - they are pretty efficient and relatively comfortable although the buses can be quite crowded

Bus was slightly behind schedule. No issues otherwise so I would only advise against if you are on a time crunch. Ride was fine, AC on the bus and had a trailer for my luggage.

Although it says shuttle, it’s a bus. I was able to luck out and use the front seat, but others had to sit in cramped, fold-down aisle seats. It was also arrived in San Ignacio an hour after it said, which wasn’t a dealbreaker for me but could be if someone was going to the airport, etc. I believe it came from across the border.

Good price and cheap transportation. However if you have other time commitments like check in water taxi or flights you might want to seek a better option. The shuttle bus was very late that added delays for are travel plans that day. However the shuttle ride went smooth and easy once it arrived. Just plan accordingly so you don’t have to reschedule your events that come after.
