  Never told us what time they were picking us up. They assumed we wanted to be picked up at 3pm even though we had a 10pm flight. We were not at the hotel when they arrived because we were expecting to be picked up at 7pm. When we called to reschedule to 7pm they charged us again, this time more money. Very frustrating and very unprofessional.

  Received an email asking us to be ready 20 minutes prior to pickup. We were, but seems the other 4 people in our van either didn't get it or ignored it. So they weren't ready and we even had to go back to get one of the couples. Driver was very good and got us to the airport with no problems. Grey line is always dependable.
