  For starters they were almost 45 min late picking me up, the shuttle was unmarked (Grey Toyota van) driver was kind. The way back was much smoother. I'm only 5'4 but there was very little leg room in the middle row. Next time i will do a private transfer.

  Excellent communication. Very easy to book. I was able to change a reservation very easily after a last minute change of plans. The actual provider is less reliable though. For hotel pickups they tell you to be ready outside the hotel 15 minutes prior the scheduled time but the bus has consistently showed up 15-30 minutes after the scheduled time. However, the advertised arrival time usually accounts for any delays.

  It was a holiday in Antigua so all of the streets were closed, and the shuttle wasn’t able to reach us. GuateGo said that we would have to charged full-price to book another shuttle. Very frustrating experience and their customer service is a robot. Would stay away.

  Good drive departure 7 a.m. with little traffic. Unpleasant getting from unfriendly driver who parked so close to another vehicle my carry on suitcase could not fit through. Driver expected me to pick it up instead of walking around and when I indicated if he could lift he said " it is your suitcase". I was shocked as I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with drivers. Not this time. Not deserving of a trip.

  10 of 11 people on the bus had to go to the airport. We drove 45 minutes late ap and when we were finally 1h 30min late almost to the airport, the driver just drove on to take the one guest to his hotel?! After a heated discussion, he drove to the airport. Some of us almost missed our flight because of this theater!!

  Highly recommended! Please if you need to move around Guatemala or even to go to El Salvador book with GuateGo. They were responsive the whole time and on time, quick and efficient.

  The bus is clean, they play local music on the radio which is nice to feel the local vibe. The ride was pretty smooth bc I did it on Sunday where the traffic isn’t as bad as the weekdays nightmare.

  We traveled with this agency both to and from Guatemala City to Antigua Guatemala, at first it was a bit chaotic because there was a situation going to Antigua Guatemala with the agreed times. The driver left before the hour and left us, then came back but was not in a good mood, it should be stressed that Guatego hired Atitrans to make us that journey. In Antigua Guatemala, the driver left us according to him, two blocks from our hotel, really the hotel was 800 meters from where he left us, we had to walk in the rain, our clothes got wet, and my friend part of her passport. We talked to Guatego, he offered us an apology, a discount or a private, unshared return. We really told them that we were not looking for a benefit from the situation that happened to us, but if we found it an act of bad service to leave us lying away, in rain, from the place where we should have been left. We were very concerned about the return. For the return we were assigned to another supplier. The return was wonderful, the driver super friendly, and quality service, we really forgot his name, but if you read this, we are very happy with your service. We thank you for clarifying any doubts we had along the way on cultural issues specific to the country. We thank Guatego for his service. They really looked for how to resolve any situation or concern. We will recommend this agency. For us the return made up for any difficult moments that were at first. Thank you very much Guatego
