Upon arrival at Guatemala City, we will drop you off directly at your destination, including La Aurora International Airport and most hotels in Guatemala City. The shuttle has coverage in some parts of zone 9, 10, 13, or airport zone. If your hotel is in one of these zones, we can drop you off there. If it's not, we will ensure a convenient drop-off at the nearest point. Choose your preferred departure time between eight different schedules (4 am, 7 am, 9 am, 11 am, 12:30 pm, 3:00 pm, 6:30 pm and 7 pm). This way, if you're catching a flight, you can avoid those airport wait times and be sure you'll get there safe and sound, right on schedule. 5.00It was a swift trip considering Passover had officially started in Guatemala. All streets were packed with cars. We were grateful the trip to the airport took only 45 minutes. It was an early trip, though. It is worth mentioning that the driver waited for us since we arrived a bit late due to traffic.

2.00For starters they were almost 45 min late picking me up, the shuttle was unmarked (Grey Toyota van) driver was kind. The way back was much smoother. I'm only 5'4 but there was very little leg room in the middle row. Next time i will do a private transfer.

5.00Excellent communication. Very easy to book. I was able to change a reservation very easily after a last minute change of plans. The actual provider is less reliable though. For hotel pickups they tell you to be ready outside the hotel 15 minutes prior the scheduled time but the bus has consistently showed up 15-30 minutes after the scheduled time. However, the advertised arrival time usually accounts for any delays.

2.00It was a holiday in Antigua so all of the streets were closed, and the shuttle wasn’t able to reach us. GuateGo said that we would have to charged full-price to book another shuttle. Very frustrating experience and their customer service is a robot. Would stay away.

3.00Good drive departure 7 a.m. with little traffic. Unpleasant getting from unfriendly driver who parked so close to another vehicle my carry on suitcase could not fit through. Driver expected me to pick it up instead of walking around and when I indicated if he could lift he said " it is your suitcase". I was shocked as I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with drivers. Not this time. Not deserving of a trip.

1.0010 of 11 people on the bus had to go to the airport. We drove 45 minutes late ap and when we were finally 1h 30min late almost to the airport, the driver just drove on to take the one guest to his hotel?! After a heated discussion, he drove to the airport. Some of us almost missed our flight because of this theater!!
