Meet the guide, who will then take them to a fresh local market where produce can be acquired. The experience will include browsing fruits and vegetables and picking what will be best for your meal. The group will then proceed to a pristine kitchen with a beautiful view of the hills in St. Ann's Port of Spain, where they will be guided through the art of cooking a Trinidadian dish, enjoying the flavors and aroma of delicious Caribbean cooking. The main course meal will be prepared together with seasonal juices and a delicious dessert.
