Step into the fairytale world of Sheki – a day trip filled with colors, culture, and timeless traditions.

Escape the bustle of Baku and travel through misty mountains, forested hills, and ancient trade routes to one of Azerbaijan’s most enchanting towns. Sheki is a masterpiece of Caucasian charm — with its 18th-century Khan’s Palace covered in intricate stained glass mosaics, artisan workshops where you’ll watch silk and "shebeke" come to life, and cobblestone streets echoing with stories of merchants and poets.

Along the way, enjoy a rustic village breakfast in Shamakhi and traditional tea in the peaceful Ismailli forest. Savor the legendary Sheki halva and a rich clay-pot dish called "piti" that tastes like history itself.

This is more than a tour — it’s a soulful journey into the heart of Azerbaijan, where every stop reveals a new wonder. Book now to discover a place that’s as warm and welcoming as it is unforgettable.

Great trip, must be a big compliment for our guide Nazperi ! His energetic little girl not only knows the local history and culture well, the explanations are lively and interesting, but is also very responsible and patient. We took care of him along the way. The whole itinerary is relaxed and lively. Choosing them was definitely the right decision for the trip!

  • A Journey to History and Nature Magic in Sheki with Nazperi

One of the most memorable stops of our Azerbaijani trip was Şeki. One of the most important cities on the historic Silk Road, Sheki is an outdoor museum with lush mountains, traditional architecture, silk fabrics, and the famous Sheki Han Palace. We had the chance to explore this unique city with a great dedication and love, with our dear guide, Miss Nazperi. Mrs. Nazperi, with her knowledge and friendliness, made our tour extra special. She told Sheki’s cultural heritage, hidden stories, and local life so beautifully that we didn’t just take a trip to time, but a journey through time. With a smile, energy, and patience, we felt very comfortable throughout the tour. The Silk Road Cervansary, historic souks, and spectacular landscapes in Sheki made a lot more of a meaning with Mrs. Nazperi’s guidance. If you’re on your way to Sheki in Azerbaijan, we recommend touring with a professional, heartfelt guide like Mrs. Nazperi.

Today we had a tour in the city of Sheki with our guide Naz, and I’m still impressed. She managed to conduct the tour in two languages at the same time, and did it so effortlessly and naturally that it felt as if she had two voices in her head working simultaneously. Not a single pause or confusion — everything was clear, smooth, and accessible to everyone. What struck me most was Naz’s sense of humor: the tour was light, full of smiles and witty jokes, which made the time fly by. At the same time, she didn’t miss a single detail — her stories about the sights were both fascinating and very informative. Thank you for this day and for the wonderful tour.
