5.00I opted for the full day tech tour and it did not disappoint. My guide was Will and he was very knowledgeable and flexible with the itinerary. Seeing the technology advancements including different types of robots and drones, catching a driverless “uber style” car, ordering food to be delivered by drone was unreal. An incredible day and money well spent!

5.00Nat was my guide for the half‑day tour, and he went above and beyond — even allowing me to customise the itinerary. In just half a day, I got a fantastic glimpse of Shenzhen's tech and culture. Nat speaks excellent English, is super friendly and informative, making the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. I stayed in Shenzhen for three days, and Nat was always available online to help with all kinds of questions. Truly great value — I would recommend this tour to anyone!

5.00Nat, our tour guide, gave us a fantastic afternoon tour around the tech hubs of Shenzhen. We were able to customise our tour to see the things that we really wanted to see, and he even suggested a few extras, which were all great. He was super flexible on timings to suit our arrival and planned the tour perfectly to suit a tech-loving adult and 14 y/old son. His English was perfect, and he answered all of our crazy questions about China. Five stars, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Shenzhen.

We were coming from an early morning flight and he kindly showed flexibility to adjust the main ininerary. He is very authentic, informative and professional. Highly recommended, we enjoyed so much!

5.00Excellent tour with Joye. We enjoyed all the stops, futuristic tech & Joye’s company. We enjoyed being picked up from our hotel and led by a guide. Makes a no effort/full enjoyment day when you don’t have to work out your own travel routes. Joye & Nat were also very helpful with sending through some extra Shenzhen info even after our tour had ended.

5.00It was a wonderful trip to Shenzhen. Nat & Will are both excellent tour guides — they showed us this incredible, innovative, and beautiful city. We started our journey at Lianhuashan Park. The views and the weather were great (it was a sunny day, but I somehow managed to film the only scene with clouds 😄). Then they took us to Huaqiang Electronic World. There were tons of drones, robots, robo-dogs, and all kinds of small gadgets. I found some of the fans and toys especially cute. At the end, we visited Shenzhen Bay by taking an unmanned taxi — oof, it was scary at first, but I quickly realised the “driver” was extremely good, steady, and safe. Shenzhen is seriously hard-gapping the US, guys! The views at Shenzhen Bay were amazing. Unfortunately, my phone died right before I wanted to take photos. Special thanks to Nat & Will for still showcasing the unmanned drone delivery service there — even when I initially said we didn’t need it, they insisted on giving us this amazing experience. Overall, this half-day trip with Nat & Will was fantastic. I would highly recommend it to any foreigners who want to open their eyes and have a visually impressive, mind-blowing experience in Shenzhen. Totally worth it!

As big tech fans, getting to see robot taxis, drone deliveries, and so many cutting-edge innovations in Shenzhen was honestly beyond anything we ever imagined we’d get to experience. It was eye-opening, exciting, and so much fun. A truly memorable day — highly recommend this experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

5.00Nat and Will were great tour guides. They did a great job focusing on a mixed English speaking and Cantonese family group. They also gave great consideration to the age range of the group which ranged from 19 to 92 years old. The activities and pace was set to have all members of the tour group entertained and comfortable.
