1.lt includes one ticket ofthe designated type -snow ticket, along with ski suit, ski shoeshelm伕筧改踊涏院 ski㛃馈b諦搌盉对ard, ski pole (with the exception of double skis which come with a ski pole)and￠吴 storage cabinet. lt does not include ski gloves, snow goggles and face mask, nor doesit cove藍 鈷摽结he dining, shopping and other expenses not mentioned in the "included Costs".

2. The tickets are for personal use only and cannot be transferred. Children are not eligiblefor free adm銻浇is篳儔怣厕ion.Please purchase tickets normally. The actual visitors' information mustbe consistent with the information filled in duringthe reservation. Please present theticket retrieval code and valid ID to exchange the snow card and enter the park.

3. The tickets are valid for use only once within the specified purchase date. lfyou re-enter the ski resort after leaving,you must purchase a new ticket. The timing standard is asfollows: Start timing by swiping your card at the first security gate, and stop timing whenyou exit the last security gate.Anytime exceedingthe ticket duration will be regarded asovertime. in such cases, please make up the difference according to the price announcedat the ticket office.

4. There is no refund fee for ticket cancellation made l dayin advance. For cancellationsmade on the same day but without ticket collection, a 20% fee will be deducted.Once tickets are collected,used or overdue, they cannot be refunded; partialrefunds are notaccepted fororders.

5.RegularAdmission Procedure:

① Snow Card Collection - Please go to the self-service card collection machine orthe ticketcounter with your ticket serial number and valid identification to collect the snow card.

②Ticket Verification and Entry- Present your valid identification and snow card at the gateto enterthe skiresort.

③ Snow gear and snow shoes collection -Guests who have purchased the ticket withequipmentincluded are requested to go to the snow gear counterto collect the snow shoes,snow suits and change their clothes.

④ Ski Equipment Collection -Guests who have purchased the ski ticket along with theequipment should collect the ski equipment (such as skis, helmets, etc.) at the ski boardcounterafterchangingintotheirclothes.

⑤Enterthe cold zone and embark on a joyous adventure on the snow.
