The nicest guides and hosts we’ve ever met in Japan. Saori gave us a mini tour on our way to the market and Satoru was our happy photographer. We felt truly welcomed and at home in their kitchen. Amazing experience, 10/10 would love to visit again and do their other tours.

I had a wonderful time with Saori and Satoru, who guided me through my very first sushi box making experience. It was a fun and engaging activity, and I was truly happy with the result — my sushi box was not only beautiful but also absolutely delicious, a little masterpiece! The hospitality and warm welcome were incredible — very friendly and family-like. We also had a very interesting conversation, which made the experience even more special. I highly recommend this experience, 100%! They also offer Japanese calligraphy, which I didn’t get the chance to try this time, but I will definitely come back for it.

Making this type of sushi was way more exciting than regular sushi — it honestly looked like a jewelry box, and I ended up taking tons of photos! They said the fish was from Kuromon Market, and it was super fresh. Such a fun and unique experience. Highly recommended!

We joined the experience of making Hakozushi with my children. My son was tired of sightseeing. Namba Yuclis had a kids' space where children could lie down and watch videos on Netflix or play with blocks. My wife and I enjoyed making box sushi and sipping sake without worrying about the kids. The children also enjoyed making small pressed sushi, and ate all the sushi they made, even though they usually have many likes and dislikes. Sally and Thor were friendly and smiling, and taught us in English and with a translator. The children played with them and had a great time interacting with them, Making friends in Japan and learning about Japan in depth was a valuable experience for us.
