This full-day excursion takes you to Pamukkale's natural wonder and the ancient city of Hierapolis. Starting with a pick-up from Kusadasi port, you will travel to Pamukkale town by air-conditioned van or minibus, approximately 2.5 hours away.
Once you arrive at Pamukkale, you will have the opportunity to explore the stunning terraced travertine pools and the ancient ruins of Hierapolis. You can walk along the white calcium cliffs and soak in the thermal hot springs that flow through the pools. You will also visit the ancient city of Hierapolis, which was founded in the 2nd century BC and is home to well-preserved Roman ruins.
Throughout the tour, you will be accompanied by an experienced guide who will provide detailed information about the history, culture, and geology of the region.
After the tour, you will return to Kusadasi port in the late afternoon, where you can board your cruise ship.

Hierapolis Arkeoloji Muzesi
The large building is a 2nd-century Roman baths and gymnasium made of local tawny travertine ashlars once covered with polychrome marble. One of the impressive barrel vaults fell in a 4th-century earthquake, and was replaced with one of brick.

5.00We had a great time during a private tour to Hierapolis and even had a little left over time to visit the House of Virgin Mary on the way back. Our tour guide Gamze was friendly and even took me to Starbucks because it was on my list to try all the Starbucks in the world.

5.00Great visit to Pamukkale with Cemal (Gem). Pide for lunch was tasty. The Pamukkale ruins were amazing and we loved the theater of Apollo. Walking through the travertine terraces was otherworldly. Combo of palm trees and snow capped mountains in the distance was so special. Such a great day.

5.00We had a wonderful day trip to Pamukkale from the Kusadasi port. Pamukkale was on our family bucket list for many years and we were so excited that Erdem made this dream a reality. Erdem our guide was always in communication with us many weeks before our booking and assured us that we would be able to fit in all sights and make it back to the ship in time. He also took care of lunch accommodations and our older son especially loved the Turkish pizza. It was such a memorable and once in a lifetime experience for family. Thank you Erdem for a wonderful time and explaining all the facts and historical information in such detail. We definitely recommend Erdem and his team for any day excursions from Kuşadası port.
