What To Expect

Places to seat and relax in this natural enviroment with the amazing views, is suitable for all family or people that has some difficulty of movility, flat areas not steps, inclusive bathrooms and ramps.

Poor communication & not paid private tour

1.00We booked as a private tour with Viator but only one van showed up for 11 people who booked 3 separate private tours, one group was a special needs with a scooter and walker. Our 3 decided to join with one of the 4 groups to do the tour 1hr later in order to get the tour. No response from the tour company after multiple attempts by all the people and 2 different Tour guides. I requested a 50% refund for our group since we paid for a private tour. Also was not able to contact Viator.
Even better than described! So glad we went here.

5.00We almost did not do this tour...I'm SO GLAD we went. Hugo G was simply an outstanding guide... more like a gracious host - knowledgeable, charming & interesting. Our driver did a great job as well so Hugo could focus on us as we went up to our destination. The Finca San Cayetano (the coffee farm) was absolutely delightful and true to their photos! Lots of lovely trails, excellent food at the restaurant with a stunning views of both their beautiful grounds & one of several volcanos nearby . Absolutely recommended - especially if you are tired of noise, crowds, & hustle. Ask for Hugo G if he available -he will take good care of you.

5.00Roberto was one of the best (if not THE best) guides we've ever had - and we've been to over 100 countries! Excellent English, extremely personable and outgoing. Very informstive and caring about us. Nice outing to agritourism coffee farm and hotel/restaurant with drinks and large snack, right at the base of 2 volcanoes - one of them active. Saw (and heard rumble) of 3 small ash eruptions! This isca nice relaxing 1/2 day outing as an alternative to a full day outing to Antigua.
