What To Expect
On the day of your transfer, you are to meet our shuttle driver at your chosen departure point. Your driver will have a manifest with your name on it. He/she will assist you with your luggage and boarding the bus. Once all passengers have boarded the bus your driver will give everyone a short briefing on what to expect and the duration of the trip. During the 8-hour trip, the shuttle will make two comfort stops of about 15 minutes each to allow clients a bathroom break and stretch their legs, etc. The shuttle may drop clients off at several locations on the route until reaching its final destination. You will be informed by your driver which drop-off location will be next to allow you to prepare to disembark the bus. The shuttle route passes through diverse and beautiful landscapes.

5.00In short, the trip was uneventful mostly due to the incredible demeanour and driving skills displayed by our driver, Richard. We started 30 minutes late as one of our passengers forgot his keys and these had to be delivered before we left. Richard apologised for the delay when it was not his fault. His patience and courtesy were faultless. Once we got going, he navigated potholes of various sizes, countless cattle and goats, numerous acts of thoughtless and dangerous driving from others on the road and three significant downpours due to the huge thunderstorms along our route. I cannot recall downpours of this magnitude, the volume of water that fell onto the road was huge, causing spray and reduced visibility for long stretches. Richard navigated all these issues with skill and calmness. We also made up time on a comfortable journey that was incredible value. Our thanks to Richard, give that man a raise!!

5.00I regularly use Swift for journeys to and from Phalaborwa to OR Tambo. They are professional, efficient, very well priced and always very accommodating. The vehicles are spotlessly clean, the drivers are considerate and safe, with regular 'comfort' breaks and impeccable time keeping, I wouldn't even consider using any other service
